"The Great Barrier Reef is the most beautiful and intricate structure ever made by living creatures. It's a complex beauty - a tapestry of life." — Sir David Attenborough With over 30 years of experience and a deep passion for the Great Barrier Reef, I take immense pride in representing this natural wonder as a seasoned travel specialist. The Great Barrier Reef is an enthralling and amazing attraction, often featured in publications like National Geographic. Nestled off the coast of Queensland in Australia, this colossal coral reef stretches an astounding 2,300 kilometers (approximately 1,430 miles) along Australia's northeast coast, nurturing a stunning diversity of marine species and unparalleled underwater ecosystems, making it the natural habitat for around 9,000 animal species.
For those venturing to the Great Barrier Reef for the first time, there are some vital considerations. Weather plays a crucial role in your experience. Opt for a winter visit when water temperatures are cooler, as summers can be uncomfortably hot. Winter also ensures safer snorkeling and more detailed reef exploration. Regardless of when you choose to visit, I am here to support you every step of the way.
Let me introduce you to the Great Barrier Reef region, with Cairns as its gateway. Situated in far north Queensland, Cairns is your portal to the pristine waters of this UNESCO World Heritage site, extending from Cape York Peninsula in the north to Bundaberg in the south. During your stay in Cairns, you can relish cosmopolitan dining and a plethora of shoreline activities for the entire family. Whether you seek a romantic getaway or a family-friendly escape, Cairns has something to offer every type of traveler.
Hamilton Island is a must-visit for those planning a trip to the Whitsunday Islands. Nestled in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef, this island is surrounded by pristine white sand beaches and a vibrant marine world. With a multitude of water activities, scenic flights, and bareboat sailing options, Hamilton Island caters to all tastes. Explore the island's natural beauty through kayaking, scuba diving, or snorkeling. While on Hamilton Island, be sure to savor the island's delectable cuisine, including the popular Bob's Bakery and local seafood eateries for takeaway fish.
Consider spending your next holiday on the stunning Whitsunday Islands in Australia. These small, mostly uninhabited islands are known for their white sand beaches, hiking trails, and lush rainforests. During your trip, experience the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef from a unique perspective. Take scenic flights over the islands from Cairns, the gateway to the Whitsundays, or choose a tour that includes a picnic lunch on a remote beach or a visit to a private coral lagoon. Adventurous travelers can even hire a sea kayak to explore the islands independently.
For a truly unforgettable snorkeling experience, set your sights on the Low Isles, a real getaway just an hour's boat ride from Port Douglas. These isles offer an idyllic tropical paradise where snorkeling among clownfish and sea turtles is a surreal experience. Golden sand beaches are adorned with lush vegetation and an iconic lighthouse. As the day draws to a close, relish a sunset sailing journey back to Port Douglas.
Are you ready to embark on an exploration of the Great Barrier Reef? If so, don't hesitate to reach out to me today. As your travel agent professional, I am well-equipped to make your dream vacation to this extraordinary natural wonder a reality. "Melbourne, a city that seamlessly weaves art, culture, and natural beauty, leaving travelers enchanted by its diverse tapestry of experiences." – Anonymous As a seasoned travel specialist with over three decades of experience and numerous visits to Melbourne and its surrounding areas in Victoria, Australia, I have had the privilege of immersing myself in the rich tapestry of this captivating region. Melbourne, in particular, has left an indelible mark on me with its ever-changing art scene, decorative laneways, and boulevards that beckon you to explore. The city's dynamic food scene, boasting Melbourne's finest coffee and delectable handmade chocolates, is an absolute delight for any gastronome. Federation Square, a cultural hub, and the bustling Queen Victoria Market are veritable treasure troves of experiences.
One of the moments that truly mesmerized me was the romance of the Yarra River, a lifeline of the city. Strolling along its banks and savoring the panoramic views from the city's highest vantage point, the Eureka Tower, was an experience that left me in awe.
While Melbourne holds a special place in my heart, the Mornington Peninsula stands out as my favorite region in Victoria. Its amazing food and wine scene, accompanied by boutique art galleries, historic colored bathing boxes, and spectacular ocean and Port Phillip Bay beaches, are a testament to the region's allure. Witnessing the enchanting Fairy penguins on its shores is a memory I will forever cherish.
Melbourne truly is Australia's mecca for all things trendy and tasty. It seamlessly blends rich cultural history with new-age trends. As the sun sets, the city comes alive with a vibrant dining scene and a myriad of events and exhibitions. Exploring its bustling laneways, trendy neighborhoods, and sophisticated foodie scene offers a glimpse into the essence of Melbourne.
Yet, Melbourne's weather is known for its unpredictability, with all four seasons often making an appearance in a single day. Packing layers and an umbrella is sage advice for any visitor.
Beyond Melbourne, Victoria offers a wealth of experiences.
Here's a brief overview:
The Great Ocean Road: This iconic coastal drive along the south-west coast of Victoria offers rugged beauty, craggy cliffs, empty beaches, and unforgettable outdoor adventures.
The Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges: Just an hour from Melbourne, these regions boast local food and wine, mature gardens, and picturesque landscapes, making it an ideal escape.
The Grampians: With its majestic mountain range, rich Aboriginal history, and adventure opportunities, this destination is a paradise for nature enthusiasts.
Daylesford and the Macedon Ranges: Known for its spa country, this region invites you to relax, enjoy superb food and wine, and explore quaint townships at a leisurely pace. When you're ready to embark on your journey, I eagerly await the opportunity to assist you in crafting an unforgettable experience. Melbourne and its surroundings are a treasure trove of memories waiting to be made, and I'm here to ensure every moment is special..

"Adelaide, where wine flows as gracefully as the nearby waters, and Kangaroo Island, where nature's wonders are woven into every corner – South Australia, a traveler's dream come true." – Anonymous
With over 30 years of expertise and multiple journeys to Adelaide, Kangaroo Island, and South Australia under my belt, I've delved deep into this enchanting region, immersing myself in its treasures time and again. Let me share my passion and first-hand experiences with you.
Adelaide, South Australia's cosmopolitan coastal capital, holds a special place in my heart. I've seen it evolve, witnessed its festivals flourish, savored its incredible cuisine, and explored its renowned museums, such as the Art Gallery of South Australia and the South Australian Museum. But it's the wine regions that beckon me repeatedly.
The Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, and the many vineyards in South Australia have been my personal playground for wine tasting. Over the years, I've developed a deep appreciation for the exceptional wines these regions produce. From the rich, bold reds of Barossa to the elegant and diverse offerings of McLaren Vale, each glass tells a unique story, reflecting the region's heritage and craftsmanship.
Kangaroo Island, a quick 30-minute flight or a 45-minute ferry ride from Adelaide, is a destination I've explored extensively. It's a wildlife haven where I've marveled at Grey kangaroos, fur seals, dolphins, and Australian sea lions. The echidnas, koalas, and countless other species have left indelible memories. And the local produce, oh, it's a feast for the senses! I've sampled the island's honey, oysters, wines, gin, olives, and olive oils, each embodying Kangaroo Island's unique terroir.
When it comes to accommodation, I've been fortunate to experience the luxury lodges scattered across South Australia. These retreats offer an immersion in nature's beauty while providing unparalleled comfort and service. Waking up to the sounds of the wilderness and retiring to plush lodgings is a slice of heaven.
On the Fleurieu Peninsula, I've savored the Mediterranean ambiance, relaxing on white sand beaches, exploring undulating vineyards, and immersing myself in the tranquil coastal towns. The proximity to Australia's longest river, the local wildlife, and the world-renowned wetlands have made every visit a journey of discovery.
In short, South Australia is not just a destination; it's a lifelong love affair. My travels here have not only introduced me to its cultural riches, natural wonders, and delectable cuisine but have also forged a profound connection to the land and its people. South Australia's beauty is more than skin-deep, and it's an enchantment I'll continue to explore and share for years to come.

As your dedicated travel specialist for Uluru, also known as Ayers Rock, I bring to you a world of unparalleled experiences, forged from my personal encounters with this mesmerizing Australian wonderland. I've been fortunate enough to explore this extraordinary destination three times, each visit revealing new layers of its remarkable allure. Let me take you on a journey through my eyes.
Uluru, located in the heart of Australia's Northern Territory, is an iconic monolith that transcends its geological significance. This sacred Aboriginal site offers more than just a colossal rock; it is a portal into the rich heritage and spirituality of the indigenous Anangu people. Sitting 335 kilometers (205 miles) from the nearest major town, Alice Springs, Uluru beckons as a place where time slows, and the land itself whispers ancient stories.
One of the most enchanting experiences at Uluru is witnessing the sunrise. I vividly recall standing in the pre-dawn darkness, shivering in anticipation. As the first rays of sunlight caressed the horizon, the monolith transformed into a kaleidoscope of vibrant reds and oranges, casting a spell that left me in awe. The sunrise at Uluru is not just a visual spectacle; it's an intimate connection with the land and its indigenous custodians.
Dining beneath the star-studded outback sky is an ethereal experience you can't miss. The Sounds of Silence dinner offers a gourmet feast complemented by the enchanting desert night. Under a canopy of stars, you'll savor Australian delicacies and fine wine while being serenaded by the desert's silence.
Exploring the region is not complete without a visit to Kata Tjuta, formally known as the Olgas. These enigmatic domes, shrouded in an air of mystery, offer a striking contrast to Uluru's singular presence. Hiking through the Valley of the Winds is a surreal adventure, where you'll feel dwarfed by nature's grandeur.
Moreover, let me introduce you to the Anangu culture, the indigenous custodians of this land. The Ayers Rock Cultural Center is a gateway to their world, where you can learn about their customs, art, and traditions. The center's gift shop offers a chance to take home a piece of their remarkable heritage.
The Anangu believe that touching Uluru allows them to commune with their ancestors. Many other tribes in the area revere this monolith, and, in 1985, it was rightfully returned to its traditional custodians. Since then, it has been known by its original name, Uluru, and stands as a symbol of cultural respect.
The best time to embark on this unforgettable journey is during the cooler months, from May to July, when the weather is perfect for exploration, and you may even catch a glimpse of the local dingos. In the scorching Australian summer, temperatures can soar to 50 degrees Celsius (120 degrees Fahrenheit), making it less ideal for outdoor adventures.
So, are you ready to experience the magic of Uluru? As your travel agent planner and adviser, I'm here to make your journey to the Australian Outback an extraordinary and memorable one. Give me a call today, and together, we'll embark on this remarkable adventure that promises to leave an indelible mark on your soul.

As an expert travel specialist with over three decades of personal experience exploring Brisbane, Australia, I can confidently say that this vibrant city has truly come into its own as a must-visit destination. My journey through this region has witnessed the remarkable transformation of Brisbane into a world-class city that perfectly blends urban sophistication with natural beauty and outdoor adventures.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of witnessing the stunning development of Southbank, a thriving cultural and recreational precinct nestled along the meandering Brisbane River. Southbank is a testament to the city's commitment to al fresco living, offering an array of fine dining options, lush riverside parks, and an iconic man-made beach, Streets Beach. This urban oasis is the epitome of relaxation and leisure, where one can soak up the sun, picnic by the river, and revel in the lively atmosphere.
Another highlight of my Brisbane adventures has been the rise of the Brisbane Zoo to international acclaim. This institution has dedicated itself to the conservation and protection of unique Australian wildlife. It's been heart warming to observe the growth of this zoo, which now stands as a major player in global wildlife preservation efforts. My first trip to the Zoo they didn't even have a gift shop and the receptionist gave me her notepad so I could go home with something that said Australia Zoo.
One of my cherished memories is plunging into the crystal-clear waters of Streets Beach, an inviting oasis in the heart of the city. The refreshing waters and sandy shores make for a perfect retreat from Brisbane's subtropical climate. The joy of swimming in this man-made lagoon, with the skyline as your backdrop, is a unique experience that never gets old.
The Story Bridge has always fascinated me, not just as an architectural marvel but also as an adventure waiting to be explored. Climbing the Story Bridge provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the cityscape. It's a thrilling way to appreciate the city's layout and appreciate the river's lazy bends, which wind their way through Brisbane before converging into Moreton Bay.
A boat ride to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is a quintessential Brisbane experience. The chance to interact with these iconic Australian marsupials is both educational and heart warming. Observing these cuddly creatures in their natural habitat is a reminder of Brisbane's strong connection to wildlife and conservation.
In summary, Brisbane is a city that's come into its own, embracing its stunning natural surroundings and outdoor lifestyle while maintaining a dynamic cultural scene. The Brisbane River, Southbank, the Brisbane Zoo, Streets Beach, the Story Bridge, and the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary are just a few of the gems that make this city a destination you can't resist. Whether you're an adventure seeker, a culture enthusiast, or a wildlife lover, Brisbane has something exceptional to offer you. Come and experience the sunny potential of Brisbane up close – you won't be disappointed.

As an expert travel specialist with a passion for Western Australia, I've had the privilege of exploring this vast and diverse region firsthand. My journeys have taken me through some of the most remarkable and iconic destinations, allowing me to witness the natural beauty, cultural richness, and unique experiences that Western Australia has to offer.
My adventures began in the vibrant city of Perth, the capital of this immense state. I started each day with a hearty breakfast, savoring bacon, toast, and grilled tomatoes to fuel my exploration. One memorable day, I embarked on a city tour that included the majestic Swan River and its many monuments. Kings Park, with its memorials, Botanical Gardens, and the Scenic Glass Bridge, left me in awe. I also explored the trendy and upcoming precinct of Elizabeth Quays before enjoying a leisurely afternoon stroll through Hay Street Mall. The day culminated in a delightful dinner at the renowned restaurant, Post, located in the historic State Building.
I also ventured southward toward Margaret River, a region celebrated for its natural beauty and rich culture. Along the way, I made a pit stop at Penguin Island Conservation Park, where I observed the feeding of rescued penguins and enjoyed a boat ride that unexpectedly led to encounters with playful dolphins. Continuing my journey, I reached the iconic Busselton Jetty, the longest in the Southern Hemisphere, where the ocean breeze and sunny weather made for a perfect day. The Pullman Bunker Bay resort became my home for the evening, and I relished a delightful dinner there.
A full day in the Margaret River Region awaited, starting with a visit to Cape Naturaliste. Here, I marveled at the Indian Ocean's breathtaking vistas and the sacred grounds of the Aboriginal People. An encounter with a local named Josh provided insight into the region's culture, complete with didgeridoo performances. Cowaramup offered opportunities for shopping, and a visit to the chocolate factory added a sweet note to the day. At Hay Shed Hill's winery, I indulged in a delectable degustation lunch, surrounded by picturesque scenery. En route, we paused in Margaret River and then at the majestic Sugarloaf Rock lookout, where I was treated to a whale spectacle.
From Margaret River, I embarked on a luxurious bus ride to Fremantle and later boarded a ferry to Rottnest Island, known for its endearing Quokkas. After a brief island exploration, I checked into Pinky's Eco Resort for a night of glamping and enjoyed the pristine beach with pure, soft sand and crystal-clear waters.
The following day on Rottnest Island was an adventure-filled one. I explored the island by bus, bike, and even took to the skies for a scenic flight. The island's natural beauty, including the stunning West Point and vibrant salt lakes, captivated my senses. And, of course, I couldn't miss trying the local pies. Rottnest Island is famous for its bike rides, which I enjoyed while visiting the salt lakes. The island also offers scenic flights that provide breathtaking panoramic views of the entire island.
After a day full of excitement, I returned to the mainland (Fremantle) via a ferry and checked in at a new hotel. A sumptuous dinner at Bread and More awaited, where I savored Kangaroo Skewers, roasted potatoes, lamb, and a delightful chocolate mint dessert.
Throughout my travels in Western Australia, I discovered that this remarkable state is more than just stunning landscapes and wildlife; it's a land brimming with culture, history, and natural wonders. From the bustling city of Perth to the serene beauty of Margaret River and the charm of Rottnest Island, Western Australia truly offers a wide range of experiences. The state's iconic Quokkas, known as the happiest animals on Earth, make this region even more special. Western Australia's rich history, encompassing gold and pearls, is evident in its impressive institutions, like the largest mint in Australia.
In my role as a travel specialist, I draw upon these personal experiences to curate unforgettable journeys for those who seek to explore and discover the wonders of Western Australia. The state's diverse landscapes, unique wildlife, and rich culture ensure that every traveler can find something special in this remarkable part of the world. Whether you're interested in city adventures, cultural experiences, or encounters with adorable Quokkas, Western Australia has it all.

As a travel agent professional for Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, I love planning trips to this friendly resort and beach town. Located on Mexico’s western coast, Puerto Vallarta sits next to the Pacific Ocean. It is found in the state of Jalisco, south of San Blas, or about 185 miles west of Guadalajara, the state capital. The city also lies next to the state of Nayarit, which is also the home to Puerto Vallarta’s sister destination, Nuevo Vallarta, which spans along the Riviera Nayarit. The geographic coordinates are on the same latitude as Hawaii. Therefore, Puerto Vallarta is the ideal palace to visit just about any time of the year. Flanked by mountains and golden sands, Puerto Vallarta is affectionately called “PV” by English speakers and “Vallarta” by the locals. It holds a prime spot on the coast located between the Sierra Madre mountain chain and the Pacific. Once a small fishing village next to Banderas Bay called Las Penas, it claimed city status in 1968. At that time, it was launched into the spotlight by celebrities Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor. That was when Burton was filming the movie adaptation of the play, “The Night of the Iguana.” With this type of history, it’s no wonder tourists find “PV” so interesting. I also suggest you check out the following activities and sites when planning a travel itinerary. This beautiful city is located on Mexico’s Pacific coast. It is a popular tourist destination known for its stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife, and delicious Mexican cuisine. Therefore, you’ll find plenty of great things to see and do in Puerto Vallarta, whether you’re looking for a relaxing beach vacation or an action-packed holiday. Here are some of the top Puerto Vallarta travel attractions:
1. Boat Tours – Puerto Vallarta is known for its stunning coastline, so what better way to explore it than by boat? There are plenty of tour operators offering everything from snorkeling and whale watching tours to sunset cruises.
2. Puerto Vallarta Botanical Gardens – This is a must-see for nature lovers! The gardens feature a variety of tropical plants and flowers, as well as a butterfly sanctuary.
3. Isla Cuale – This small island in the middle of the Rio Cuale is a great place to explore, with plenty of shops and restaurants to check out.
4. Los Arcos – These iconic rock formations are one of Puerto Vallarta’s most popular photo spots. They’re located just offshore from Los Muertos Beach. You can also snorkel and scuba dive here!
5. Paseo de los Coches – This enjoyable promenade is lined with shops, restaurants, and street performers. It’s the perfect place to people watch and do some shopping.
6. Playa Los Muertos - This tourist-friendly beach sits in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Old Town. It’s a great place to relax and soak up the sun.
7. Malecon - This is a must-see for any visitor to Puerto Vallarta. The Malecon is a scenic oceanfront walkway lined with shops, restaurants, and bars. It’s the perfect place to take a stroll and breathe in the fresh sea air.
8. Punta Mita - This exclusive resort area is located on a peninsula north of Puerto Vallarta. It’s known for its luxury hotels, golf courses, and pristine beaches.
9. Isla de las Muñecas - This small island is located in Xochimilco, a nearby town. It’s home to a strange collection of dolls that are said to be cursed.
10. Puerto Vallarta Zoo - This attraction is a great place to visit for families or anyone who loves animals. The Puerto Vallarta Zoo is home to over 200 species of animals, including lions, tigers, and gorillas.
11. Puerto Vallarta Cathedral - The Puerto Vallarta Cathedral is a beautiful Catholic church located in the heart of the city. The architecture is inspiring!
12 El Faro Lighthouse - The El Faro Lighthouse is a beautiful lighthouse that offers stunning views of Puerto Vallarta. It is definitely worth a visit, especially if you love photography. I can even share more attractions you may have not thought of as your Puerto Vallarta travel agent advisor. Now or anytime is a great time to see Puerto Vallarta. Let’s talk about your Mexican vacation to this terrific travel destination now!

Your Journey. My Expertise. One Unforgettable Ireland.
Imagine tracing Ireland’s winding roads, discovering castle-dotted landscapes, warm village charm, and a history that feels alive beneath your feet. That’s the experience I create for my travelers—authentic Ireland, curated with care, comfort, and a touch of magic.
As a seasoned travel professional with more than three decades in the industry and extensive hands-on experience exploring the Emerald Isle, I know how to turn a simple itinerary into a deeply personal adventure. My goal? To craft a journey so smooth, immersive, and memorable that Ireland stays with you long after you return home.
But more importantly, I design trips that feel like Ireland: the quiet moments on cliff-lined coastlines, the laughter shared with a local in a pub, the stories tucked inside ancient stones, and the sense of wonder that comes from discovering someplace new yet oddly familiar. My itineraries blend the highlights you’ve dreamed of with the hidden gems I’ve uncovered along the way—those special touches that transform a vacation into a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
With me, your road trip becomes more than a route—it becomes your own Irish story, written one unforgettable stop at a time.
With over 30 years in the travel industry, I have explored destinations around the world — yet...
With over 30 years in the travel industry, I have explored destinations around the world — yet Iceland stands apart as one of the most awe-inspiring and transformative places I’ve experienced. My recent trip, allowed me to explore Iceland the way I design journeys for my clients: privately guided, experiential, and elevated with intentional luxury.
Over five immersive days, I explored Iceland’s most iconic locations: Þingvellir National Park, the Golden Circle, Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, the South Coast, and the Blue Lagoon region. I hiked through a 5,000-year-old lava tunnel, interacted with Icelandic horses in fresh snowfall, cruised among icebergs on a Zodiac boat, and watched the Northern Lights shimmer from the rooftop of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Each experience deepened my understanding of the destination and reinforced how important expert planning is here — where weather, timing, and logistics matter.
I evaluated boutique properties and luxury retreats firsthand, including Torfhús Retreat, the famous Hotel Rangá, and The Retreat at the Blue Lagoon — where private lagoon access, spa rituals, and personalized service represent the pinnacle of Icelandic wellness. Experiencing the exclusive Retreat lagoon versus the public Blue Lagoon gave me invaluable insight into guiding clients toward the right choice based on their travel style.
What sets Iceland apart is its balance of adventure and serenity. One moment you’re walking on black-sand beaches or watching glaciers calve into ice-filled lagoons, and the next you’re immersed in geothermal spa waters surrounded by lava fields. Luxury here isn’t about opulence — it’s about connection: to nature, stillness, and pure wonder.
I returned from Iceland inspired and equipped with firsthand knowledge and professional insight — how to sequence properties for maximum “wow,” when to build in flexibility, which experiences are worth upgrading, and how to design itineraries that blend adventure, culture, and restorative wellness.
For travelers seeking a journey that feels alive — invigorating, immersive, and completely unforgettable — Iceland is a destination that will move you.
And I would love to craft your Iceland story.

From the shimmering Adriatic coastlines to the timeless charm of its medieval towns, Croatia offers a magical blend of culture, cuisine, natural beauty, and immersive experiences that I love curating for my clients.
As a Croatia specialist, I bring not only professional expertise but personal insight, having recently returned from an in-depth 2024 journey through Dubrovnik and Split. In Dubrovnik, I revisited the iconic Old Town, walked the ancient city walls at sunrise before the crowds arrived, and explored hidden corners that most travelers overlook—perfect for clients seeking a deeper, more authentic experience. In Split, I immersed myself in the vibrant energy of the Riva promenade, uncovered local flavors in bustling markets, and spent time inside Diocletian’s Palace, where layers of Roman and modern life coexist in a way that’s uniquely Croatian.
My hands-on knowledge allows me to match travelers with boutique hotels tucked into historic centers, exclusive yacht charters along the Dalmatian Coast, private vineyard tastings on the island of Hvar, or guided hikes through Plitvice Lakes National Park. Whether you're envisioning a cultural deep dive, a leisurely coastal escape, or a taste-filled journey through Croatia’s wine and culinary scene, I’m here to make it effortless and extraordinary.
Let’s start planning your perfect Croatian getaway—crafted with care, insight, and a deep love for this remarkable destination.

Dawn did a great job helping figure out an itinerary and scheduling everything. We had a large group and we didn't all doing the same thing at the same time. The trip was fabulous.
We spent 8 days on the north island of New Zealand and 6 days in Fiji, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly or have been a better trip, thanks to Dawn. I have never used a travel agent prior but did not want to plan such a huge trip after our wedding, and I am so glad we did. We loved every single activity Dawn suggested and organized, and she took a lot of stress away. It was so hard to narrow down what to do in New Zealand in a short amount of time, so Dawn was really helpful in coming up with an itinerary that met all of our wishes without us exhausting ourselves. I highly recommend working with Dawn!
From beginning to end, Dawn kept our group informed of travel arrangements, excursion options/bookings, pricing, any changes that came up and was fantastic to work with.
Dawn was very helpful in planning the pre and post cruise itenerary. Also, with coordination with the cruise line. She took care of transfers, hotels, and excursions (finding, allowing us to choose, and booking). We were a large group with some strong personalities and opinions, but Dawn was able to keep everyone happy. I had an issue that will require me to submit a claim to travel insurance, and Dawn has already initiated the process for me!
Dawn was exceptional in helping make this the best cruise we have ever taken. We began working with her a year in advance, and she expertly guided and managed every aspect of our trip, including flights, travel insurance, cruise selection, pre- and post-cruise extensions, and the planning of onboard activities and shore excursions. Her attention to detail and thoughtful planning made the entire experience seamless and truly enjoyable.
Dawn made my Viking cruise experience absolutely seamless. She arranged smooth, stress-free transfers from the airport to the ship and back again, so I never had to worry about logistics. She also organized a wonderful guided tour in Basel that added so much depth to the trip, along with a fun and memorable activity in Lucerne that truly enhanced the overall experience. Thanks to Dawn, every part of my journey felt effortless and unforgettable
Dawn was great handling all the arrangements for our recent river cruise to the Christmas markets along the Rhine. She was instrumental in ensuring all our travel and excursions were enjoyable. Great job Dawn! Would definitely book with her again.
I had the idea for a group travel experience to Europe with friends and asked Dawn for help. Boy did she over deliver any expectations I could have ever imagined. Every detail from small little things to the large overall experience she nailed. While on the trip, the fact that we just needed to show up to things and realizing that all the details were already taken care of that made the trip relaxing and enjoyable for all. Its hard to wrangle your own family let alone a group of 16! And to figure out all details that go along with it, Dawn made sure we all felt equally heard. She truly made it a trip of a lifetime with memories that will last long after.
"Thank You Amy for trusting me with this very special trip. It was an absolute joy and I hope a life time of memories for everyone."
As a senior solo traveler, working with Dawn was an absolute game-changer. She has designed two amazing trips to Australia for me and took all the stress and uncertainty out of planning. Both turned into the most enjoyable travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, Dawn listened carefully to what I wanted and crafted detailed, personalized itineraries that allowed me to simply relax and enjoy the journey. All I had to do was follow the itinerary! Her attention to detail is incredible. Every day was planned out in a way that balanced sightseeing, relaxation, and unique experiences, all tailored to my interests. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed—just perfectly guided. Whether it was the timing of transfers, the smooth check-ins at hotels, or the thoughtful suggestions for tours and dining, everything flowed seamlessly. What gave me the most peace of mind as a solo traveler was knowing I had Dawn’s support behind the scenes. She anticipated my needs before I even thought of them and was always quick to respond if I had questions, even when I was out of the country. It felt like having a trusted friend looking out for me every step of the way. Beyond her expertise and professionalism, Dawn’s passion for creating memorable travel experiences shines through in everything she does. She genuinely cares, and that personal touch turned my trip into something truly special. I cannot recommend Dawn enough. If you want a travel agent who is not only highly skilled and organized but also thoughtful, kind, and dedicated to making your trip unforgettable, Dawn is the one. I can personally guarantee that 100%!
Dawn took all the hard work and stress out of making our 30th anniversary vacation, our first to Australia, an unforgettable experience. She took our feedback to plan the perfect trip so all we had to do was follow the itinerary and enjoy ourselves. She was immediately available when we needed her during the trip to help with last minute changes. Will definitely get Dawn's help to plan our next vacation and have already recommend her to others.
Expertly crafted itineraries, tailored around you.
