Ireland is like stepping into a storybook where lush landscapes, ancient ruins, and warm hospitality blend seamlessly. A trip to the Emerald Isle is a captivating experience that leaves you enchanted by its beauty and rich cultural heritage.Arriving in Dublin, the capital city, you are immediately immersed in a vibrant atmosphere. The city's cobblestone streets echoed with the lively sounds of traditional Irish music drifting from cozy pubs.
The Cliffs of Moher emerged majestically from the Atlantic Ocean, standing as a testament to nature's awe-inspiring power. The sheer cliffs, reaching heights of almost 700 feet, provided a dramatic backdrop against the crashing waves and offered panoramic views of the Aran Islands. Exploring the Wild Atlantic Way, one stumbles upon quaint villages like Doolin, known for its traditional Irish music scene, and the colorful town of Kinsale, famous for its seafood and historic architecture. Each stop was a chance to savor local flavors and connect with the warm-hearted locals. One of the highlights of a trip is a visit to the ancient passage tomb of Newgrange in County Meath. Built over 5,000 years ago, this prehistoric monument is older than Stonehenge and the Egyptian pyramids. Stepping inside the darkened chamber during the winter solstice, one witnesses a magical play of light as the sun illuminating the inner chamber through a perfectly aligned passage.
No visit to Ireland is complete without delving into its rich literary history. Spend an afternoon at the picturesque village of Dingle, soaking in the inspiration that permeates the air. It was easy to see why so many poets, writers, and artists have drawn inspiration from the country's mystical landscapes. As our journey through Ireland come to an end, one is left with a heart full of memories and a deep appreciation for the country's timeless beauty. Ireland's welcoming spirit, combined with its stunning scenery and rich history, makes it a destination that lingers in the soul long after the journey concludes.

A Tranquil Getaway to New York's Finger Lakes Region..
Embarking on a journey to New York's Finger Lakes region is an invitation to a serene escape, where rolling hills, crystal-clear lakes, and charming towns create a picturesque tapestry. My recent exploration of this idyllic destination was a delightful sojourn into nature's embrace and a celebration of the region's rich culture.
Starting the adventure in Ithaca, the gateway to the Finger Lakes, I was captivated by the town's bohemian spirit. Perched on the shores of Cayuga Lake, Ithaca offered a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural vibrancy. A visit to the stunning Cornell Botanic Gardens provided an introduction to the region's lush landscapes.
Journeying to Seneca Lake, the largest and deepest of the Finger Lakes, I explored the charming town of Watkins Glen. The iconic Watkins Glen State Park, with its gorge trails and cascading waterfalls, was a visual spectacle that highlighted the area's natural splendor. A leisurely stroll along the Seneca Lake waterfront and a visit to the Watkins Glen International Speedway added layers of excitement to the experience.
Exploring the charming town of Skaneateles along the shores of Skaneateles Lake revealed a postcard-perfect setting. The town's colonial architecture, boutique shops, and waterfront promenade created a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for leisurely walks and lakeside relaxation. A cruise on Skaneateles Lake offered breathtaking views of historic estates and the serene water.
One of the highlights of the trip was a visit to the historic Sonnenberg Gardens and Mansion in Canandaigua. The meticulously landscaped gardens, featuring themed sections like the Japanese Garden and Italian Garden, transported me to another era of elegance and refinement.
As the trip concluded, I left the Finger Lakes region with a sense of tranquility and appreciation for its natural wonders and cultural gems. The serene lakes, award-winning wines, and charming towns combined to create an unforgettable getaway, inviting me to return and rediscover the beauty that defines this hidden gem in upstate New York.

Ontario boasts a diverse landscape of breathtaking natural beauty. From the rugged shores of the Great Lakes to the dense forests of the Canadian Shield, the province offers a stunning array of scenic vistas. Algonquin Provincial Park showcases pristine lakes, meandering rivers, and lush woodlands teeming with wildlife. The Niagara Escarpment, a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, features dramatic cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and rolling hills. Each season brings its own charm, from the vibrant colors of autumn foliage to the serene white blanket of winter snow, making Ontario a year-round destination for nature lovers.
In Toronto, the cosmopolitan energy of Canada's largest city always greets me. The iconic CN Tower dominates the skyline, and offers panoramic views of Lake Ontario and the city below. You should see the view! Exploring the diverse neighborhoods, from the historic Distillery District to the eclectic Kensington Market, provided a taste of Toronto's cultural mosaic. Don't forget tg to a Jays game. If you wait until the end, you may be able to get a deal tickets.
In Ottawa, the nation's capital, the iconic Parliament Hill and the picturesque Rideau Canal provided a scenic backdrop for exploring Canada's political and cultural heart. We saw the changing of the guard which reminds one of their counterparts in London UK. There's two locations where this happens here Parliament and the Rideau Hall (be sure to check out the pink and white striped room!). The diverse museums, including the National Gallery of Canada and the Canadian Museum of History, offers a deeper understanding of the country's rich past.

We first went to Montreal and Quebec City in 2006 and always wanted to go back. We got in touch with Jason and he took care of our excursions. The Hotel recommendations were very helpful. We strongly recommend Jason Petrone.
"Thank You so much for the kind words.. Jason"
Jason was superb as always. He got right back to us and planned everything perfectly. He was very conscientious and made sure that my friends were well taken care of. I also really enjoyed working with him. I would highly recommend him for future trips. Thank you Jason for your hard work.
Jason used the public transporation system in Rome Italy (especially the trains) to get around, meet locals and save tons of money. For example is was less than $20 for two total to get from Rome (city) to the cruise port on the train. It would have been over $ 100 or more otherwise.
"Thank you for the kind review!"
South Dakota was an amazing vacation. Jason booked some outstanding attractions, Custer State Park, Mt Rushmore, and Devils Tower in nextdoor Wyoming
Over the years, Jason has booked many hotels, and airbnbs for us at our yearly North Myrtle escape. Always gets a reasonable price, and a great accomodation.
Jason gets back to promptly and gets me what I ask for for my trip. We are in the process of booking things around my co-traveler's daughter health.
Went to The Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester and Children's Museum of Oswego (CMOO). Both were phenominal. They each had local flavor such as Wegman's at Strong, and local farm at CMOO. Jason got us a great deal on both! Thank you
