Italy is a destination I know not just as a travel advisor, but through personal experience—I have explored different cities and coastlines. Italy has so much to offer includinga blend of art, history, stunning landscaples and delicious cuisine.
Rome is a city where history is everywhere you turn. From the Colosseum and Roman Forum to the Vatican City and St. Peter’s Basilica. Rome offers an extraordinary depth of culture and art. Having experienced Rome personally, I design itineraries that balance guided sightseeing with relaxed moments including enjoying espresso at neighborhood café, wandering historic streets, and savoring traditional Roman cuisine. Rome also serves as an excellent base for day trips and private excursions which adds a nice touch to your journey.
The Amalfi Coast is southern Italy’s breathtaking coastline. The beauty will take your breath away. I have experienced this region through private transportation along the coast which is an amazing experience, inluding stops along the way. Positano enchants with its cascading pastel buildings, boutique shopping, and beach clubs. Ravello offers a quieter, romantic atmosphere with sweeping views and elegant gardens. Sorrento provides a welcoming balance of charm and convenience, making it an ideal home base for exploring the coast.
Naples brings bold energy and authenticity to the Italian experience. Known as the birthplace of pizza, Naples delivers unforgettable food, vibrant street life, and rich traditions. I often recommend Naples as both a cultural experience and a gateway to private day trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Mount Vesuvius.
For travelers seeking relaxation explore Ischia which offers a beautiful alternative to the busier coastal towns. Known for its thermal spas, lush landscapes, and authentic island lifestyle.
Florence stands at the heart of Renaissance art and culture. From Michelangelo’s David and the Uffizi Gallery and elegant piazzas, Florence blends creativity with everyday beauty. I design Florence experiences pairing with museum visits, stopping at cafes, boutique shopping, and exceptional dining. Outside Florance, Tuscany unfolds where you can do day trips through the rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves, and medieval villages. I have personally explored Tuscany with the ease of a private driver, creating full-day excursions to wineries, hill towns, and countryside estates experiencing San Gimignano which is famous for its medieval towers, shopping and stopping for Gelato. These experiences allow travelers to relax and fully enjoy wine tastings, vineyard lunches, and scenic drives through regions such as Chianti and Val d’Orcia without the stress of navigating on their own.
The Food and wine are at the heart of every Italian journey. I have personally enjoyed hands-on pasta-making classes, wine tastings, and pizza-making experiences that is fun and perfect whether you are traveling as couples or with your family.

Rome is a city where history is everywhere you turn. Families can explore the Colosseum and Roman Forum to the Vatican City and St. Peter’s Basilica through private or after hour tours. There are guided tours that will engage even young travelers bringing all the history to life and is so memorable. The Pantheon, with its dome and open oculus amazes visitors of all ages. Rome offers an extraordinary depth of culture and art. You can explore tours created for your own personal experience.
Your stay can be from family friendly five-star hotels to elegant botique properties that offer spacious rooms and exursions that will be stress free for you. You can have private guides and private transfers, skip the line access which allows you to enjoy the city without the crowds or long lines.
Food in Rome are family friendly and very satisfying. The dishes are simple like homemade pasta , wood fired pizza , fresh Mozzerella and gelato everywhere. You can engage in activities like hands on pizza or pasta making classes. This can be done in a kitchen or private home. You learn traditional dishes from scratch which is fun and entertaining. Gelato tastings are all led by local chefs. There are private food and gelato walking tours available where you can visit family run bakeries, markets and gelaterias. Tastings can be customized too.
Romes neighborhoods provide such a balance between discovery of history to towns like Trastevere which offers lively streets, casual dining, botique shopping with a village like feel. Another area called Ptrati provides wide sidewalks with elegant shopping and is very close to the Vatican.
Just outside the city there are private excursions to nearby beach destinations as well. You can design day trips to Santa Marinella and Sperlonga where you can go and relax along the coast.
You can also hop on the train where it is easy access to explore other areas.

New York City is a city of bright lights and excitement. There are all sorts of areas to see. Midtown Manhattan, every block offers something different. You should absolutely see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Take a walk through Central Park, and take in the electricity of Times Square. Than you can find the coziest cafés and the best skyline view without the longest lines, and the neighborhood spots that don’t always make the guidebooks.Food Culture is of my favorite things about NYC . The food scene here is amazing. From a perfectly toasted bagel from Ess-a-Bagel, followed by classic New York–style pizza at Joe's Pizza. You can explore Chinatown, enjoy handmade pasta in Little Italy, or experience elevated dining at a Michelin-starred restaurants. You can even enjoy street food which is popular too. Food in New York isn’t just about eating — it’s about atmosphere. Broadway is pure magic in New York City. From intimate Off-Broadway theaters to grand performance halls, New York’s arts scene is unmatched. There is always something to find that will interest you. — Entertainment & Energy Like Nowhere ElseNew York City is truly the city that never sleeps .
Walking across the Brooklyn Bridge is also a site to see. I love to see the skyline from observation decks like the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, Edge at Hudson Yards, and One World Observatory. Those are many options to pick from. Visiting Grand Central Terminal, and experiencing Rockefeller Center. There is the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, and the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. Walking the High Line is poplar as well.
Sipping craft cocktails on a rooftop overlooking the skyline, listen to live jazz in Harlem are also fun options too. I’d love time to walk through SoHo for shopping and browsing boutiques, explore local shops and cafés, and discover other areas that showcase New York’s energy, style, and character. Overall, I’m hoping for a well-rounded first-time NYC experience that blends iconic sights, culture, neighborhoods, and great shopping. Strolling down Fifth Avenue, visiting Macy's Herald Square and Bloomingdale's 59th Street is also on my list for a classic NYC shopping experience. If traveling during the holidays, visiting the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree, seeing the famous Macy’s window displays, and go ice skating at Rockefeller Center for the full festive New York experience.
