France is not just a destination I recommend—it’s a country I’ve experienced deeply, thoughtfully, and with a sense of curiosity that continues to draw me back.
My first encounters with France began in Paris, of course! Beyond the iconic landmarks—the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the grand boulevards… Paris reveals itself in quieter moments: lingering over coffee on a café terrace, wandering through neighborhood markets, or standing in front of a single painting and realizing art can stop time. Paris taught me that culture in France isn’t something you visit; it’s something you live. Museums are not rushed, meals are enjoyed, and beauty is woven into everyday life.
France truly unfolded for me once I ventured beyond Paris. Traveling throughout the country reveals a tapestry of regions, each with its own identity, traditions, and rhythm. In the countryside, historic villages feel untouched by time, stone buildings glowing warm at sunset and church bells marking the hours. Whether driving winding roads through vineyard-covered hills or arriving in small towns by train, I found that France rewards curiosity and patience with unforgettable experiences.
Art and history are everywhere, not confined to galleries or monuments. From Roman ruins to medieval castles, from Gothic cathedrals to Renaissance châteaux, France’s past is layered and tangible. Walking through centuries-old streets, it’s impossible not to feel connected to the generations who shaped them. These places aren’t preserved behind glass - they’re lived in, celebrated, and shared.
Food, of course, is central to the French experience, and it goes far beyond fine dining (though France does that exceptionally well). I’ve enjoyed meals that were both luxurious and deeply simple: fresh bread still warm from the bakery, cheese selected with pride by a local fromagerie, wine poured by someone who knows the land it came from. Dining in France is immersive and intentional. It’s about seasonality, craftsmanship, and respect for tradition. From multi-course meals that feel like art forms to humble countryside lunches that can last hours, every meal tells a story.
Adventure in France is often understated but no less powerful. Hiking through rolling landscapes, exploring coastal towns shaped by the sea, cycling past vineyards, or wandering mountain villages. There’s a quiet thrill in discovering how diverse the country truly is. Each region offers its own version of adventure, whether that’s sensory, physical, or cultural. France invites you to engage fully, to touch, taste, and explore at your own pace.
What elevates France even further is its effortless sense of luxury. Not the flashy kind, but a refined, immersive luxury rooted in quality, history, and attention to detail. Staying in elegant hotels where service feels intuitive, visiting private estates, enjoying curated experiences that open doors usually closed to the public - these moments create a sense of belonging rather than excess. Luxury in France is about access, authenticity, and atmosphere.
As a travel advisor who has personally traveled throughout France, I understand how transformative it can be when a trip is designed with intention. France is not a one-size-fits-all destination. It can be romantic or adventurous, indulgent or introspective, vibrant or serene. The magic lies in tailoring the experience to match the traveler, balancing iconic highlights with hidden gems, and pairing cultural depth with moments of pure pleasure.
France stays with you long after you return home. It changes the way you eat, how you notice beauty, and how you move through the world. It’s a destination for travelers who value art, culture, history, and immersive luxury, those who want not just to see a place, but to feel connected to it.
For those ready to experience France beyond the surface, it offers something rare: a journey that feels both deeply personal and endlessly inspiring.

Alaska isn’t just a destination I sell—it’s a place I’ve felt.
Cruising through Alaska and visiting Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay, and Ketchikan—with an unforgettable journey into the Misty Fjords—was one of those rare trips that reshapes how you view travel. From the moment our ship entered the Inside Passage, it became clear that Alaska is defined by vast wilderness, dramatic landscapes, and moments that feel both humbling and exhilarating.
Our first stop was Juneau, Alaska’s remote capital, and an immediate reminder that this state plays by its own rules. Surrounded by mountains and accessible only by sea or air, Juneau feels wild yet welcoming. Standing near the Mendenhall Glacier and watching ice-blue tones glow against dark rock was unforgettable. Whether you’re whale watching, kayaking, hiking, or simply standing still and taking it all in, Juneau reminds you how alive this landscape is.
Next was Skagway, where history and breathtaking scenery intersect. This former Gold Rush town feels frozen in time, but the real highlight was the White Pass & Yukon Route Railroad. Riding this historic train through steep mountain passes, deep gorges, and cascading waterfalls was one of the most scenic experiences of the entire cruise. The dramatic mountain scenery, waterfalls cascading down sheer cliffs, and the famous White Pass route revealed Alaska’s rugged, untamed side. This is a place that calls to hikers, photographers, and travelers who want to earn their views.
Then there’s Glacier Bay, a place that doesn’t need embellishment. As our ship glided silently through the bay, massive glaciers loomed on all sides, cracking and calving into the sea with thunderous force. This wasn’t just scenic cruising; it was a front-row seat to Earth’s natural power. The stillness, broken only by ice falling and seals resting on floes, was humbling in a way few places can be.
Our final port was Ketchikan, known for its lush rainforest, rich Indigenous culture, and deep connection to the sea. This is where I truly felt the pulse of the Tongass National Forest—the largest temperate rainforest in the world. Watching bald eagles soar overhead and learning about the rich Indigenous culture through totem poles and local storytelling grounded the experience in something deeper than sightseeing.
From Ketchikan, we explored the Misty Fjords, and this excursion was nothing short of magical. Sheer granite cliffs rose straight from the water, draped in fog and waterfalls. The scale is almost impossible to photograph—you have to be there, feeling small and completely present. It’s one of those places where time slows, and you realize how rare true wilderness has become.
What makes Alaska so special is how seamlessly adventure and comfort come together. Cruising allows you to access some of the most remote and pristine landscapes in North America while still enjoying thoughtful planning, expert guides, and the ease of unpacking only once. It’s ideal for travelers who crave exploration, wildlife, and jaw-dropping scenery without sacrificing comfort.
As a travel advisor who has personally sailed Alaska, I can confidently say this destination leaves a lasting impression. It’s for travelers who prioritize nature over nightlife, adventure over attractions, and experiences that inspire a true sense of awe.
Alaska doesn’t just show you beauty… it reminds you how powerful and alive the natural world truly is.
I am a New York State travel advisor with a deep-rooted passion for showcasing the full spectrum...
I am a New York State travel advisor with a deep-rooted passion for showcasing the full spectrum of experiences this extraordinary destination offers, far beyond the skyline of New York City. From iconic urban luxury to pristine wilderness, world-class wine regions, and four-season adventure, I curate journeys that reveal New York as one of the most diverse and rewarding travel destinations in North America.
New York City may be the gateway, but it is only the beginning. I help travelers experience the city through museum experiences, Broadway and behind-the-scenes arts experiences, luxury hotels, and immersive neighborhood discoveries that go well beyond the guidebook. Whether it’s a first visit or a return trip, I design NYC itineraries that balance iconic highlights with insider moments.
Upstate New York is where the state truly unfolds. The Finger Lakes region is a standout for travelers seeking elegance, nature, and authenticity. Centered around Ithaca, Watkins Glen, and the surrounding lakes, this region offers award-winning wineries, craft distilleries, and farm-to-table dining alongside dramatic gorges, waterfalls, and scenic hiking trails. I design wine-forward itineraries with private tastings, lakeside luxury stays, waterfall hikes through Watkins Glen State Park, and relaxing days on the water. It’s a perfect blend of outdoor adventure and understated sophistication.
For those drawn to alpine charm and grand scenery, Lake George and Lake Placid deliver classic New York elegance. Lake George offers crystal-clear waters, historic inns, boating, and upscale lakeside retreats ideal for summer relaxation or romantic escapes. Lake Placid, a two-time Olympic host, combines refined mountain lodging with hiking, paddling, skiing, and rich sporting history. I craft itineraries that balance adventure with comfort... think High Peaks hikes by day and fireside luxury by night.
The Adirondacks are a destination unto themselves, spanning millions of acres of protected wilderness. Here, I specialize in elevated outdoor experiences: private guides, secluded luxury lodges, wellness retreats, wildlife encounters, and bespoke backcountry adventures. Whether clients want rugged exploration or serene escape, the Adirondacks offer an unmatched sense of space, beauty, and renewal in every season.
For winter sports lovers and cozy mountain town seekers, Ellicottville is a hidden gem. Known for skiing, snowboarding, boutique shopping, and après-ski culture, it offers a welcoming, upscale small-town feel year-round. Ellicottville has recently become a popular destination for bachelorette parties in the summer, offering a balance of serenity and night life. I position Ellicottville as both a winter playground and a charming four-season retreat.
The Thousand Islands region adds yet another layer of magic to New York State, offering a rare blend of storied history, natural beauty, and refined leisure along the St. Lawrence River. This enchanting archipelago of more than 1,000 islands is ideal for travelers seeking relaxed luxury and scenic adventure. I curate experiences that include private yacht and boat charters, kayaking through quiet channels, castle tours such as Boldt Castle, and elegant waterfront dining. With charming river towns, historic estates, and upscale lodges, the Thousand Islands provide a serene yet sophisticated escape that pairs beautifully with wine country, Niagara Falls, or an extended upstate itinerary, perfect for travelers who appreciate timeless scenery, rich heritage, and unhurried exploration.
No journey through New York State is complete without Niagara Falls. I design experiences that elevate this natural wonder—private viewing opportunities, luxury accommodations, and seamless combinations with nearby wine country and cultural attractions. It’s not just a stop; it’s a carefully curated highlight.
What sets my approach apart is the ability to connect these destinations into cohesive, personalized journeys. I specialize in blending adventure with luxury, nature with culture, and iconic sights with hidden gems. Whether planning a romantic getaway, multigenerational trip, wine-focused escape, outdoor adventure, or high-end leisure travel, I tailor every detail to reflect my clients’ travel style and expectations.
New York State is not one destination… it’s many, and I am here to help travelers experience it all with intention, ease, and elevated insight.
