Sandra found us a beautiful perfect house right on a private beach in Tulum! It was perfect in everyway!
I was hesitant at first since this was my first time using a travel agent, but Sandra Karlin completely changed my perspective! She handled everything, except our flights (but let’s be real, she probably would’ve flown the plane if we asked). From securing an amazing driver to VIP hotel treatment and the best tour guide, every detail was handled. No frantic airport sprints, no ‘surprise’ hotel room with a view of a dumpster, and no awkward moments of ‘uh… what do we do now?’ Everything was perfectly planned, and all we had to do was enjoy. I’m so glad I trusted her expertise: 10/10 would let Sandra plan my life!
"Thank you for your review. Happy to hear you had a pleasant trip! Looking forward to booking your next adventure. Cheers!"
We had a great time working with Sandra for our family trip to Europe over Christmas! She was very available whenever we needed her and did whatever it took to make this trip great for our family! Thank you!
"Thank you for your review. Happy to hear you had a great Holiday Season!"
As a couple exploring options for living in Mexico as Expats, our travel objectives extended beyond vacationing, starting with a list of six cities (Lake Chappala/Ajijic, Morelia, Santiago de Queretaro, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Guadalajara) we intended to explore. Furthermore, circumstances dictated a tight lead time of only three weeks!! After being referred to Sandra by another agent in her company, she got right on it, assisting us not only with hotel reservations and bus transportation, but an extensive list of personal contacts for tours, local guides and drivers. All performed professionally, were committed to serving our specific needs, and exuded a sincere pride in the history and attributes of their country. We both learned so much from their vast wealth of knowledge of their communities and culture. During the trip she was available to accommodate our itinerary changes. It was a once in a life-time experience for which we will always be extremely grateful.
Sandra was so fantastic to work with. I wanted someone with understanding and knowledge about Guadalajara and Tequila, and she more than delivered, the experience felt customized while also tailoring to what we wanted. 10/10 would work with her again!
Working with Sandra make my trip seamless, everything was perfectly organized and take care of and we also had plenty of resources for activities, places to see and things to do in our free time . Excellent work!!
My experience with Sandra as a guide was absolutely amazing! I was astonished with how beautiful was San Miguel de Ayende and Sandra was a very well prepared guide that with all her knowledge made this beautiful place even better. We visited different vineyards and tour around town. I would absolutely come back to Mexico and with Sandra as a guide! She is the perfect choice.
Sandra has helped us with several trips including one of my favorites to Barcelona. We had a full but relaxed schedule that I'd do all over again, it was a perfectly planned vacation.
Sandra has been absolutely phenomenal in the last few years. Not only is she getting me to my destinations in the shortest time frame, she's saving us money in the process.
I highly recommend her services as a travel agent.
Put simply, she is the best you could ever want. Her efficiency is unparalleled! She gets the best five star Hotels at the best rates saving her clients thousands of dollars. Same with the airlines. She is available to handle any concerns 24 hours daily. And best of all, she treats her client with respect, courtesy and concern. Don't look further for your traveling needs because you won't find better!
Expertly crafted itineraries, tailored around you.
