Kate did an excellent job planning my trip. I had to make several changes during the planning stages and Kate always got back to me quickly with info and options. Even on my trip, she was available and helped me whenever I needed it. She is professional yet friendly and has a good understanding of the travel business. I recommend her to anyone wanting to travel.

KATE RICHARDSON RESPONDED

"I’m so happy I had the opportunity to help make your Massachusetts trip a memorable one! Kate went above and beyond what we expected. We traveled from CA to AZ, rented a car, and flew back. Kate listened to our needs and provided everything we needed. We even showed up 1.5 hours early to the car rental place, and Kate made it work. We highly recommend working with Kate. We can't wait to work with her for our next trip!

Perfect Japan Itinerary!

Reviewed By Elizabeth - CA | Traveled to Japan | East and Southeast Asia

Working with Kate was the best decision we made for our two-week trip to Japan. She created the perfect balance of iconic tourist spots and incredible off-the-beaten-path experiences we never would have found on our own. Every day felt thoughtfully curated and completely stress-free. Kate streamlined all of our transportation, so getting around Japan was effortless both in and out of the cities! One of my favorite moments of the trip was the kimono rental she arranged; it made me feel like I was truly part of the culture and was part of some of my favorite memories from the trip! Her attention to detail, organization, and genuine care turned an already exciting trip into something unforgettable. I can’t recommend her enough.

KATE RICHARDSON RESPONDED

"Thank you so much for this amazing review! I’m thrilled to hear how much you loved the mix of iconic sights, hidden gems, seamless transportation, and the kimono experience. It was such a joy planning this trip for you, and I’m so grateful you trusted me with your adventure. I’d be excited to help you plan the next one whenever you’re ready!"

The ideal trip to Japan!

Reviewed By JapanFan13 - Fresno, Ca | Traveled to Japan | East and Southeast Asia

Our family had long wished to travel to and experience the beauty and culture of Japan, but was always overwhelmed by the logistics of it all. That is where Kate stepped in. With her acute attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the country she planned for us the trip of a lifetime. The itinerary she created for us was highly structured and helped us feel confident that we could navigate our way across the country, but also gave us freedom to explore and enjoy our beautiful surroundings. From the logistical side of daily train schedules, to obtaining for us highly sought after and hard to get tickets to some of Japan’s most wonderful attractions and experiences, Kate went above and beyond to create a once in a lifetime adventure for us. Kate not only arranged for us to have some classic Japanese excursions but she also took us off the beaten path and exposed us to a side of Japan I don’t think we would have seen otherwise. Some of those out of the way, less “touristy” locations and experiences were some of our favorites. We had such a wonderful time we are considering returning in the future to explore even more of this amazing country. Of course, we will be calling on Kate again when we do. She will be our agent of choice for all our future travel plans. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to make their traveling dreams a reality.

Central Japan

Reviewed By Doug - Fresno | Traveled to Japan | East and Southeast Asia

Kate did a fantastic job advising us on sites to visit and gave us a great mix of the must sees that everyone goes to japan for, but had some fantastic alternatives for us that a lot of people miss when visiting Japan. What made our trip so great was the logistics planning Kate did. She had train schedules with suggested routes all planned out and it let us maximize our time taking in Japan rather than worrying about getting around. We will be going back to see Northern Japan and will definitely be using Kate again!

KATE RICHARDSON RESPONDED

"Thank you so much for this lovely review! It was a pleasure planning this adventure for you, and I’m already looking forward to helping you explore Northern Japan on your next visit. There’s still so much of Japan to experience! "

She also booked multiple fun and unique experiences for us that gave us a great mix of traditional Japanese landmarks as well as a peek at the more modern side of the culture. Overall, our trip was a huge success and it was all thanks to Kate's careful and detailed planning that allowed us to fully enjoy our time without the stress of figuring out logistics. I will definitely come back to her for my future travels!
