Spain Travel Specialist

"Holy Week in Seville hits differently than anywhere else on earth. For seven nights, centuries-old brotherhoods carry towering floats of the Virgin through streets so narrow the candles brush the walls, thousands of voices falling silent except for a single saeta — a flamenco lament — sung from a balcony into the dark. Nothing prepares you for it.Spain operates at its own frequency, and after 35+ years of building Spanish journeys, Jenna knows exactly how to tune in. The itineraries run from the obvious to the essential: yes, the Sagrada Família in Barcelona — but also a late-night crawl through El Born, where a counter seat at a pintxos bar turns into a three-hour conversation with a local. Madrid's Prado deserves half a day; the Mercado de San Miguel and a glass of Rioja deserve the other half. In San Sebastián, the Old Town's bar-to-bar txikiteo ritual — small glasses of wine, plate after plate of pintxos — is less a meal than a way of life, and the best introduction to Basque culture that exists.Summer means Mallorca — the northwest coast around Deià specifically, where the Serra de Tramuntana mountains drop straight into the Mediterranean and a handful of fincas and boutique hotels sit above coves that require a boat or a long hike to reach. Worth every step. July also brings the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona — not for everyone, but for the right traveler, the week-long Feria de San Fermín surrounding it is one of the great festivals of the world.Whether the journey is a honeymoon in a clifftop villa on Mallorca's west coast, a culinary deep dive through San Sebastián and La Rioja's vineyards, or a family road trip connecting Madrid's museums to Seville's cathedral and Granada's Alhambra — every itinerary starts with a conversation about what matters most.Spain has quietly become one of the most requested destinations among American travelers — and the appeal spans every traveler type. Culinary adventurers from California and New York chase San Sebastián's pintxos bars and La Rioja's vineyards. History and architecture lovers from across the US work through Barcelona, Seville, and Granada. Honeymoon couples find Mallorca's northwest coast rivals anything in the Mediterranean. And festival travelers build entire trips around Semana Santa in Seville or San Fermín in Pamplona. Jenna has been building Spanish itineraries for US clients for over 35 years — long enough to know the difference between the Spain that exists on Instagram and the one worth booking. When you book with Jenna, Spain stops being a highlight reel and starts being the trip people talk about for the rest of their lives."

Ayahuasca Retreat in Colombia

A trusted advisor in transformational travel specializes in guiding wellness seekers to Ayahuasca retreats in Colombia while introducing them to the rich cultural experiences that make the country one of South America’s most vibrant destinations. With a passion for mindful travel and cultural connection, this advisor has built a reputation for helping travelers go beyond the retreat itself and discover the heart and soul of Colombia through adventure, cuisine, wellness practices, and authentic local experiences.

Many travelers arriving for an Ayahuasca retreat are seeking more than just a ceremony—they are searching for personal growth, healing, and meaningful connection. A trusted advisor understands this intention and carefully curates travel experiences that complement the retreat journey. From the moment guests begin planning their trip, guidance is provided through Colombia’s diverse regions, helping travelers discover activities that align with their goals for healing, reflection, and exploration.

This expertise extends throughout Colombia’s most inspiring destinations. Travelers are often introduced to cultural hubs such as Cartagena and Medellín, where colonial architecture, colorful streets, and thriving art scenes provide a beautiful contrast to the deep introspection of retreat work. Visitors can explore vibrant neighborhoods, discover artisan markets, and immerse themselves in Colombian history while connecting with local communities.Adventure plays an important role in the journeys being designed. Colombia’s landscapes offer endless opportunities for exploration, and travelers are encouraged to experience nature as a grounding and integration tool after retreat work.

Many guests explore the coffee-growing region around Salento and hike through the breathtaking Cocora Valley, where towering wax palms and misty mountain trails create an unforgettable environment for reflection and adventure. Outdoor experiences such as waterfall excursions, eco-tours, and guided hikes allow visitors to reconnect with nature while embracing Colombia’s diverse ecosystems.Food is another essential element of the cultural journey. Travelers are introduced to traditional Colombian cuisine through both local restaurants and street food markets, offering authentic flavors that reflect the country’s regional diversity. Dishes like arepas, empanadas, and bandeja paisa provide a delicious introduction to Colombian culinary traditions and often become memorable highlights of the trip.Wellness and integration remain central to the experience.

In addition to Ayahuasca retreats, travelers are often encouraged to explore complementary wellness activities such as yoga sessions, herbal therapies, spa treatments, and guided meditation in nature. Colombia’s eco-lodges and natural hot springs provide peaceful environments where visitors can reflect on their retreat experiences and continue their personal growth journey in a restorative setting. For those looking to unwind after their retreat, extending the trip to Colombia’s Caribbean coast offers a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Destinations such as Santa Marta and the nearby Rosario Islands feature crystal-clear waters, tropical beaches, and tranquil seaside environments. Travelers can enjoy snorkeling, sailing excursions, and quiet beach days while absorbing the natural beauty of Colombia’s coastline.

Shopping and artisan culture are also an important part of the travel experience. Local markets and artisan shops showcase handmade textiles, jewelry, ceramics, and traditional crafts that reflect Colombia’s rich artistic heritage. Cities like Bogotá offer vibrant marketplaces where visitors can find unique souvenirs while supporting local artists and communities.

The role of a trusted advisor in this space goes beyond travel logistics. It is about creating journeys rooted in authenticity, cultural respect, and meaningful experiences. By combining wellness retreats with cultural exploration, adventure travel, culinary discovery, and connection with local communities, travelers are able to experience Colombia in a way that is both transformative and unforgettable.Through thoughtful planning and a deep appreciation for Colombia’s culture, landscapes, and traditions, a trusted advisor helps travelers embark on journeys that nourish the body, mind, and spirit—long after the retreat experience has ended.

Ireland Travel Agent Specialist

"The fiddles start around nine at a pub on Quay Street in Galway — no announcement, no stage, just musicians pulling chairs into a circle and the whole room rearranging itself around the sound. An hour later, a stranger buys you a Guinness and you're not entirely sure how you ended up singing along. That is Ireland. Unrepeatable, unhurried, and completely without pretense. For over 35 years, Jenna has been building Irish journeys for clients who want the real thing — the Dingle Peninsula's dramatic headlands where the Slea Head Drive curves above sea stacks and stone beehive huts used by monks a thousand years ago, the Cliffs of Moher at first light before the coaches arrive, a slow drive through the Ring of Kerry where every pull-off reveals something that shouldn't be real. Dublin's Trinity College, where the Book of Kells sits under glass like a held breath, and the backstreet food markets of the Liberties neighborhood where Irish cheesemakers and artisan bakers have been quietly changing what it means to eat well here.Every June, Bloomsday takes over Dublin — literary pub crawls, readings on the steps of the National Library, locals in Edwardian dress retracing Leopold Bloom's footsteps through the city Joyce mapped in exact detail. It's one of the great literary pilgrimages, and timing a trip around it adds a layer most visitors never see. In late October, the Galway Oyster Festival closes out the season with the finest shellfish on the Atlantic coast, washed down with stout and served with traditional music that runs three days straight.Whether the journey is a hiking week along the Dingle Way with cliff-edge campsites and farmhouse breakfasts, a history-focused circuit through megalithic tombs and round towers, or a family road trip connecting castle ruins and harbor towns — every Ireland itinerary begins with one question: what do you want to carry home?Ireland draws American travelers for more reasons than almost any other destination — heritage, landscape, literary history, music, food, and the particular warmth of a country that genuinely enjoys having visitors. East Coast travelers with Irish roots, West Coast adventurers, family groups tracing genealogy, and honeymooners looking for something green and unhurried all find what they came for — and usually more. Jenna has been building Irish itineraries for American clients for over 35 years, from castle stays in Connemara to bespoke genealogy trails through County Clare. When you book with Jenna, Ireland stops feeling like a trip and starts feeling like something that happened to you."

New Zealand Travel Specialist

"The boat moves through Milford Sound at dawn, and the waterfalls are running hard after overnight rain — thousands of feet of white water dropping straight into the fiord, the cliff walls so close you could reach out and touch them. No photograph has ever done it justice. None will.New Zealand operates at a scale that takes your breath away before you've even planned what's next. After 35+ years of building journeys here, Jenna knows how to pace an itinerary that holds both extremes this country does better than anywhere else — the raw, unfiltered wilderness and the kind of luxury that feels completely at home inside it. The Routeburn Track in full autumn color, when the beech forests turn gold above Lake Mackenzie. A private heli-hike onto a glacier above Queenstown, followed by dinner at a lodge where the Remarkables fill every window. Rotorua's Whakarewarewa thermal reserve, where the earth vents and bubbles with an indifference to human presence that is genuinely humbling.February brings the Queenstown Winter Festival to the shoulder of the season — a week of live music, night skiing, and the particular energy of a mountain town that knows exactly what it is. For something older and less expected, Waitangi Day in early February draws visitors to the Bay of Islands for Maori cultural performances and ceremonies at the very site where New Zealand's founding treaty was signed in 1840. Both belong on the right itinerary.Whether the journey is a honeymoon at a private lodge on Lake Wakatipu with Fiordland access by floatplane, a hiking adventure through Tongariro National Park, or a family road trip connecting geothermal valleys and white-sand Bay of Islands beaches — every New Zealand itinerary starts with the same question: how wild do you want to go?New Zealand draws a specific kind of American traveler — adventurous, quality-conscious, and done with destinations that feel managed. Hikers, luxury lodge guests, honeymoon couples, and family adventurers from California, Colorado, the Pacific Northwest, and beyond consistently rate New Zealand among the most spectacular trips of their lives. The scale is simply different here. Jenna has been building New Zealand itineraries for US clients for over 35 years — including the private lodge access, helicopter transfers, and remote Fiordland experiences that most travelers don't know exist. When you book with Jenna, New Zealand stops being a place you've seen in pictures and becomes somewhere that resets your sense of scale entirely."

Vietnam Travel Specialist Agent

"At 5am in Hanoi's Old Quarter, the city belongs entirely to the street vendors — women in conical hats balancing bamboo poles loaded with bánh mì, the first pho broth of the day already rolling at a boil, motor scooters threading past French colonial facades still faintly pink in the early light. This is Vietnam before the world catches up to it.For over 35 years, Jenna has been building Vietnam journeys that move the way the country does — fast and slow at once, layered, and nothing like you pictured. The itineraries reach into the details that matter: a private junk cruise through Ha Long Bay's limestone karsts at dawn, when the mist sits low on the water and the other boats haven't appeared yet. The lantern-lit lanes of Hoi An's Ancient Town, where a tailor on Tran Phu Street turns a fitting into a conversation. A Mekong River cruise out of Ho Chi Minh City, drifting past floating markets and river orchards on waterways that have moved cargo and life for centuries.Timing shapes everything here. Tet — Vietnam's Lunar New Year, falling in late January or February — transforms the country: Hanoi's Hoan Kiem Lake ringed with peach blossoms, temple offerings piled high, firecrackers echoing through the Old Quarter in a celebration that is equal parts chaotic and deeply moving. In Hoi An, the Full Moon Lantern Festival turns the Thu Bon River into a mirror of floating light every month, but never more so than during the weeks surrounding Tet. In Sapa, the terraced rice fields hit their peak color in September and October — a landscape so green it looks altered — best reached by overnight train from Hanoi and hiked with a local Hmong guide who knows every switchback.Whether the trip is a culinary deep dive through Ho Chi Minh City's Ben Thanh Market, a family adventure connecting north and south by rail, or a honeymoon split between a Ha Long Bay cruise and a private villa in Hoi An — every itinerary starts with listening.Vietnam has become one of the defining trips for American travelers in the 21st century — and the US market, particularly on the West Coast, brings a unique personal dimension to it. Whether the motivation is heritage, culinary curiosity, history, or adventure, Vietnam meets every traveler where they are. Jenna has been building Vietnam itineraries for American clients for over 35 years — from the first wave of post-war travel to today's luxury boutique circuit — and the country's capacity to surprise has never diminished. When you book with Jenna, Vietnam stops feeling like somewhere far away and starts feeling like somewhere you were always meant to go."

Iceland Travel Agent Specialist

"Three in the morning on the Snaefellsnes Peninsula, and the sky does something that has no business being real — green curtains of light fold and shift across the glacier, silent and enormous, and the only sound is the wind off the Atlantic. That is Iceland. Elemental, humbling, and nothing a photograph ever quite captures. For over 35 years, Jenna has been building Icelandic journeys that move between extremes — the geothermal warmth of the Blue Lagoon at dusk, steam rising against a charcoal sky, and the raw cold of the Landmannalaugar highlands, where hikers cross obsidian fields and sulfur-streaked ridgelines that look borrowed from another planet. Reykjavik's Laugavegur Street delivers craft cocktails and Skyr-based desserts late into a midnight sun that refuses to set. An hour east, Geysir erupts on schedule, and Gullfoss drops into its canyon like the earth is splitting open.June and July mean the Midnight Sun — and Iceland's Secret Solstice festival turns Reykjavik into something genuinely unlike anywhere else on earth, with concerts held inside a glacier and sets that run until 4am in broad daylight. February and March bring the peak aurora window, when Akureyri in the north offers dark skies and the kind of quiet that recalibrates something in you. The Reykjanes Ridge geothermal fields, the black sand drama of Reynisfjara, a private boat into the ice-blue chambers of Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon — Jenna knows which experiences hold and which ones disappoint in person.Whether the trip is a honeymoon chasing northern lights from a glass-roofed cabin, a hiking deep-dive through the Laugavegur Trail, or a wellness escape built around geothermal pools and long coastal silences — every Iceland journey starts with one question: how do you want to feel when you get home?Iceland has become one of the fastest-growing destinations for American travelers — and for good reason. Direct flights from the East Coast, under 11 hours from California, and an experience so unlike any other that most clients start planning a return before they land home. Adventure travelers, honeymoon couples, photography enthusiasts, and bucket-list seekers from across the US all find something in Iceland that no other destination delivers. Jenna has been building Icelandic itineraries for American clients long enough to know every season's strengths and every operator worth trusting. When you book with Jenna, Iceland stops being a bucket list checkbox and becomes something you spend years trying to explain to people who weren't there."

Bali Travel Agent & Wellness Specialist

"At dawn on the Kecak stage at Uluwatu, before the tourist buses arrive, a priest lights the first flame at the cliff-edge temple while the Indian Ocean turns gold a hundred meters below — and Bali shows you exactly what it is.Sacred, sensory, and completely on its own terms. After 35+ years of building Bali journeys, Jenna knows how to move between the island's many versions without losing the thread of any of them. Ubud means morning yoga at a rice-terrace retreat, a private batik lesson in a family compound, and a long lunch at Locavore where the menu reads like a love letter to the island's farms. Seminyak and Canggu mean something else entirely — the Potato Head Beach Club at sunset, the right villa with a plunge pool hidden behind bougainvillea, the kind of languid days that honeymoon memories are built from.Nyepi — Bali's Day of Silence — falls each March, and it is unlike anything else in the travel world. The entire island goes dark. No flights, no traffic, no noise. The night before, enormous ogoh-ogoh effigies parade through the streets of every village in a riot of fire and gamelan music before the stillness descends. Timing a trip around it is a move few advisors think to suggest. The full moon Purnama ceremonies, observed monthly at temples across the island, offer a quieter but equally powerful window into Balinese Hindu life that most visitors never find. For the adventure-minded, Nusa Penida delivers — manta ray dives at Manta Point, the vertiginous cliff views of Kelingking Beach, and a boat crossing that separates the committed from the casual. For couples chasing restoration, the spa retreats of Ubud's Tjampuhan Ridge or a thermal soak at Alila Ubud deliver something no itinerary can fully describe until you've lived it.For wellness travelers, yoga retreaters, honeymoon couples, and adventure seekers across the US, Bali sits in a category of its own — close enough to the Pacific time zone to feel manageable, far enough from everyday life to feel genuinely transformative. California travelers in particular find Bali's rhythm familiar in some ways and completely foreign in others. Jenna has been curating Bali journeys for American clients for over 35 years — long before the wellness tourism wave made it a household name. When you book with Jenna, Bali stops being a wellness cliché and starts being the real thing."

Greece Travel Agent Specialist

"The sun drops behind the caldera at Oia and the whole cliff face holds its breath — every terrace, every whitewashed staircase, every couple leaning against a blue-domed wall waiting for the same thing. Then it happens, and the sky turns colors that have no business existing in real life. That moment is Santorini. And after 35+ years of building Greek journeys for honeymooners, couples, and history lovers, Jenna knows how to frame it perfectly — and what comes before and after it that most visitors miss entirely. The cave suite at Mystique with its plunge pool over the caldera. A private catamaran from Mykonos threading through the Cyclades to anchor off a beach no road touches. Crete's Minoan palace at Knossos at opening hour, before the tour groups arrive, walking corridors that are 3,500 years old. Rhodes' medieval Old Town at dusk, when the Street of the Knights empties out and the stone walls glow amber.April through May is Greece before the crowds — wildflowers across the hillsides, water warm enough to swim, and every table at a harbor taverna available. Athens in October carries a different kind of magic: the Acropolis without the August crush, the light softer, the city exhaling. And every four years, the Athens Classic Marathon in November retraces the original 490 BC route from the battlefield at Marathon to the Panathenaic Stadium — one of the great sporting pilgrimages on earth, worth building a trip around.Whether the journey is a honeymoon at a cliffside villa in Imerovigli, a slow week island-hopping between Naxos and Paros, or a history-focused itinerary connecting Athens, Mycenae, and Delphi — every Greece trip begins with what the traveler actually wants to feel. For honeymoon couples, anniversary travelers, and anyone chasing the kind of beauty that makes you question why you waited so long, Greece is the answer. US travelers from coast to coast — California, Florida, the Northeast, the Midwest — consistently rate Greece among the trips that changed them most. Island-hoppers, history lovers, luxury seekers, and sailing enthusiasts all find what they came for. Jenna has been building Greek itineraries for American travelers for over 35 years, and the destination never runs out of surprises. When you book with Jenna, Greece becomes more than a backdrop — it becomes the trip you'll spend years trying to describe."

Italy Travel Agent Specialist

"August in Siena, and Piazza del Campo has transformed into something medieval and electric — ten horses, ten riders, no saddles, and 600 years of neighborhood rivalry compressed into 90 seconds of bareback racing that leaves the crowd breathless and the city changed for days. The Palio is Italy at its most raw, and most real.Italy does this — hands you something ancient and makes it feel immediate. After 35+ years of building Italian journeys for clients, from honeymooners chasing a cliffside villa in Positano to wine lovers who want a private harvest morning in the Chianti hills, Jenna knows exactly how to move through this country and what to leave room for.The itineraries go where the obvious ones don't. Yes, the Colosseum at dawn before the crowds arrive — but also a private audience with a restorer working beneath the frescoes at a church in Trastevere that most visitors walk past without a glance. Yes, the Amalfi Coast — but also the Ravello Festival in July, when world-class concerts play on an open-air stage above the cliffs with the Tyrrhenian Sea dissolving into the horizon behind the orchestra. Florence means the Uffizi, but it also means a leather workshop in the Oltrarno where a craftsman has been at the same bench for decades. Sicily means Taormina and Mount Etna, but it also means a slow lunch in Marzamemi over pasta alla norma that resets every idea you had about what simple food can be.Whether the journey is a honeymoon in Positano, a wine and truffle week through Montalcino and Montepulciano, or a family road trip connecting Rome, Siena, and the Sicilian coast — every itinerary begins with listening and ends with something that stays.Italy is one of those destinations that becomes a habit. First-time travelers from California, Texas, New York, and across the US arrive expecting a highlight reel and leave with a completely different relationship to food, history, and pace. Honeymooners, wine lovers, culinary travelers, and multi-generational families all find a different Italy — and Jenna knows how to build the right one for each. After 35+ years specializing in Italian travel, the repeat booking rate speaks for itself. When you book with Jenna, the Italy you experience isn't the one in the brochure."

Japan Travel Agent Specialist

"Six days into the bullet train from Tokyo, Mount Fuji appears in the window — enormous, snow-capped, completely unannounced — and the whole carriage goes quiet. That moment is Japan. Thoughtful, quietly remarkable, and nothing like what you expected. For over 35 years, Jenna has been building Japan journeys that honor both sides of this country — the electric pulse of Tokyo's neighborhoods, where a ramen shop down an unmarked alley serves the best bowl of your life, and the pin-drop stillness of a Kyoto temple at 6am, before anyone else arrives. The bamboo groves of Arashiyama. A private session with a master Buddha sculptor in a workshop most visitors walk right past. The Park Hyatt Tokyo at night, with the city spread below like a circuit board. Spring means cherry blossom season — one of the great annual pilgrimages of the travel world. Late March through early April, Kyoto's Philosopher's Path becomes a tunnel of pink, Ueno Park fills with lanterns and hanami picnics, and the Nakameguro Canal glows at night in a scene that feels more like a painting than real life. Timing it right matters — and Jenna knows exactly when to go.Winter tells a different story. Hokkaido's legendary powder draws skiers who want the best snow on earth, followed by outdoor onsens steaming against the cold — a rhythm of exertion and restoration that feels distinctly Japanese. Every August, the Awa Odori festival floods Tokushima's streets with 100,000 dancers in a spectacle of movement and noise that stops travelers cold.Whether the journey is a honeymoon at a clifftop ryokan in Hakone with Fuji views, a culinary deep dive through Osaka's Dotonbori street food scene, or a family adventure threading bullet trains, temples, and deer parks in Nara — every itinerary begins with one question: what do you want to feel?West Coast travelers — from California to the Pacific Northwest — consistently rank Japan among the most transformative long-haul trips of their lives. For luxury travelers, honeymoon couples, and culinary adventurers across the US, Japan rewards the flight time with experiences that simply don't exist anywhere else. Jenna has been placing clients inside those experiences for over 35 years, and the calls to plan a return trip start before the first one is over. When you book with Jenna, Japan stops being a destination and becomes something you spend years trying to put into words."

Hawaii Wellness Travel Agent Expert

 Hello, my name is Jenn,

I am a seasoned travel advisor with over 30 years of global travel experience and a deep personal connection to the Hawaiian Islands. Having lived in Hawai'i for several years, I offer firsthand knowledge of each island—its resorts, hidden gems, excursions, group travel options, wellness retreats, family vacations, and pet-friendly stays. Hawai'i isn’t just a destination I book; it’s a place I truly understand, allowing me to design authentic, seamless island experiences.

Beyond Hawai'i, I specialize in Mexico (all-inclusive resorts, family travel, scuba diving, fishing), Costa Rica, South America, and Europe, including Portugal, Spain, France, and London, as well as Australia and New Zealand.

As a proud Maui resident and Hawaii Destination Specialist, I help travelers experience the islands through the eyes of someone who calls them home. From sunrise hikes along volcanic ridges to sailing the turquoise waters where humpback whales play, I create journeys that honor the spirit of aloha. Whether you’re dreaming of a romantic honeymoon, a peaceful babymoon, or an adventure filled with diving, nature walks, and ocean discovery, I craft experiences that connect you deeply with Hawaii’s natural beauty and soulful rhythm. For me, every trip is more than a getaway—it’s a gift from the islands, meant to rejuvenate, inspire, and fill your heart with aloha.

Morocco Travel Agent Specialist

I specialize in crafting immersive journeys through Morocco that go far beyond the ordinary tourist trail. With 35+ years of experience and first-hand knowledge of this extraordinary country, I know and love Morocco for its dizzying contrasts — the labyrinthine medinas of Fes and Marrakech, the wind-swept Atlantic coastline of Essaouira, the dreamlike blue alleyways of Chefchaouen, and the humbling silence of sleeping under the stars in the Sahara Desert. My Morocco itineraries are built around authentic, transformative experiences: private riad stays with rooftop hammam rituals, hands-on cooking classes in a Marrakech family kitchen, guided souk walks with local artisans, camel treks into the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunrise, and exclusive desert camp evenings filled with Gnawa music beneath an endless sky. Whether you are planning a romantic honeymoon, a luxury cultural escape, a wellness retreat, or a small group adventure, I design every detail with care and intention. I also speak Spanish and Portuguese, which has deepened my appreciation for Morocco's rich Iberian and Moorish heritage — connections that bring the history alive in ways that truly enrich your experience. When you book with me, you gain a trusted partner dedicated to turning your vision into an unforgettable journey.

Thank you so much, Jenn for the beautiful cruise to Alaska. My kids and my family had a family reunion and it was the best trip ever. From the airline tickets to the hotel to the cruise in the transfer of all of our luggage to all the excursions off ship thank you so much. Thank you so much for your suggestions of where you would take girls for a trip like this Alaska was beautiful. We plan to use you again very soon for our 2026 summer vacation to Europe.
