My firsthand knowledge, passion for Greek culture, and understanding of the country’s diverse islands and mainland destinations allow me to create personalized vacations that go far beyond the typical itinerary. From Athens’ ancient treasures and Santorini’s iconic sunsets to Crete’s cuisine, Mykonos’ energy, and hidden island gems, I know how to match each traveler with the perfect Greek experience. I also understand the importance of island-hopping logistics, local accommodations, authentic dining, and thoughtfully paced travel—making every journey through Greece seamless, meaningful, and unforgettable.
Greece is unique because it blends ancient history, breathtaking scenery, warm hospitality, and a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle unlike anywhere else. Travelers can explore legendary ruins in Athens, sail between sun-drenched islands, swim in crystal-clear waters, wander through whitewashed villages, and enjoy fresh local cuisine—all in one unforgettable vacation.
What makes Greece especially memorable is its incredible variety. Each island has its own personality: Santorini offers romance and dramatic views, Mykonos brings energy and glamour, Crete combines beaches with rich culture and cuisine, and lesser-known islands provide peaceful, authentic escapes. Add welcoming locals, centuries-old traditions, world-class food and wine, and the spirit of philoxenia—the Greek tradition of treating strangers as friends—and Greece becomes far more than a destination. It is a feeling travelers carry home with them.
The lesser-known Aegean Islands offer a more authentic and peaceful Greek escape, far from the crowds of Mykonos and Santorini. Islands such as Milos, Sifnos, Folegandros, Amorgos, and Serifos feature dramatic coastlines, crystal-clear water, whitewashed villages, and welcoming local communities. Travelers can discover secluded beaches, scenic hiking trails, traditional tavernas, and charming villages where everyday island life still sets the pace.
Maybe you only have a few days and don’t want to spend it all in Athens - Vouliagmeni, located along the glamorous Athenian Riviera, offers the perfect blend of coastal luxury and authentic Greek charm. Just a short drive from central Athens, this seaside retreat features beautiful beaches, sophisticated restaurants, stylish resorts, and the healing thermal waters of Lake Vouliagmeni. Visitors can spend the day swimming in the sparkling Aegean Sea, enjoy fresh seafood overlooking the water, and watch an unforgettable sunset from an elegant beachfront setting. It is an ideal destination for travelers who want to combine Athens’ ancient history and vibrant culture with the relaxed beauty of a luxurious Greek island escape—without leaving the mainland.
The Ionian Islands offer a lush, romantic side of Greece, known for emerald hills, turquoise waters, dramatic coastlines, and charming villages. Corfu blends Venetian architecture with sophisticated resorts and beautiful beaches, while Kefalonia captivates visitors with colorful harbor towns, underground caves, and the breathtaking shores of Myrtos Beach. Zakynthos is famous for its striking sea cliffs, brilliant blue water, and protected loggerhead sea turtles, while Lefkada attracts travelers with spectacular beaches and excellent sailing.
The Peloponnese Peninsula on mainland Greece offers an extraordinary combination of ancient history, dramatic scenery, charming coastal towns, and authentic Greek culture. Travelers can explore legendary archaeological sites such as Ancient Olympia, Mycenae, Epidaurus, and Corinth before discovering the romantic streets and Venetian architecture of Nafplio, one of Greece’s most beautiful towns.Beyond its historic treasures, the region features rugged mountains, olive groves, vineyards, secluded beaches, and picturesque villages. Highlights include the medieval fortress town of Monemvasia, the wild beauty and stone-tower villages of the Mani Peninsula, and the crystal-clear waters of the Messinian coast. Visitors can also sample exceptional olive oil, regional wines, fresh seafood, and traditional dishes in family-run tavernas.Ideal for a scenic road trip, the Peloponnese allows travelers to experience Greece at a relaxed pace while enjoying meaningful connections to its history, landscape, cuisine, and local way of life.
Thessaloniki is Greece’s vibrant second city, celebrated for its rich history, energetic atmosphere, and exceptional culinary scene. Set along the Aegean Sea, it blends ancient, Byzantine, Ottoman, and Jewish influences, reflected in landmarks such as the White Tower, Roman Agora, Rotunda, and magnificent Byzantine churches. The city’s lively waterfront is perfect for walking, cycling, and admiring the sunset, while its colorful neighborhoods are filled with cafés, boutiques, markets, and welcoming tavernas.
I don’t just know Greece—I know how to transform its timeless beauty, hidden gems, and authentic experiences into an unforgettable journey.
My firsthand knowledge and passion for Italy help me turn an ordinary vacation into an authentic Italian experience. I have traveled to Italy close to 20 times, from captivating Sicily to the majestic Dolomites. From iconic cities and charming villages to wine regions and scenic coastlines, I use my knowledge and personal experience to create seamless, customized Italian vacations that bring each traveler’s dream of la dolce vita to life.
Italy is special because it offers an irresistible blend of history, art, culture, breathtaking scenery, and world-famous cuisine. From Rome’s ancient landmarks and Tuscany’s rolling vineyards to Venice’s romantic canals and the Amalfi Coast’s dramatic beauty, every region has its own personality. Italy isn’t simply a place to visit—it’s a place to slow down and savor every moment.
Exploring Italy’s wine regions is a journey through beautiful landscapes, historic vineyards, and distinctive local flavors. From Tuscany’s rolling hills and celebrated Chianti to Piedmont’s elegant Barolo and Barbaresco, every region offers a unique experience. Visitors can enjoy vineyard tours, meet passionate winemakers, sample regional cuisine, and discover hidden gems—from the volcanic vineyards of Sicily and Mount Etna to the sparkling Prosecco hills of Veneto. Each glass tells the story of Italy’s land, traditions, and people. I work closely with different winemakers and guides in every region of Italy. Whether you want to spend a day visiting 3 or 4 different vineyards or one day learning everything about a particular winemaker, I can make it happen!
Food is also an important part of Italian culture and connection. Dining in Italy is an experience to be savored. Each region celebrates its own ingredients, recipes, and culinary traditions — from handmade pasta and rich risotto in the north to fresh seafood, sun-ripened tomatoes, and fragrant olive oil in the south. Whether enjoying pizza in Naples, pasta in Rome, or a leisurely meal at a family-run trattoria, travelers discover that Italian food is rooted in simplicity, seasonality, and a passion for bringing people together. I can help you with difficult to get reservations at Michelin star restaurants or other unique dining experiences.
Italy has an incredible variety of scenery, from the Alps and Tuscan countryside to lakes, islands, and dramatic coastlines. Sometimes it seems that Italy is 4 or 5 different countries rather than just one. I take the time to get to know my clients so when they say they want to visit Italy I can discover which of these regions or combination of regions they truly mean.
Sicily is a captivating island where ancient history, dramatic landscapes, and vibrant traditions come together. Visitors can explore colorful markets, Greek temples, charming coastal villages, and the striking slopes of Mount Etna. The volcano’s mineral-rich soil produces distinctive wines, especially elegant Etna Rosso and crisp Etna Bianco. Sicilian cuisine is equally memorable, featuring fresh seafood, handmade pasta, citrus, pistachios, and cannoli. Influenced by centuries of Mediterranean cultures, Sicily offers a warm, authentic experience filled with unforgettable flavors and scenery.
Are you wanting to enjoy mainland Italy while also being on the sea? The Amalfi Coast enchants visitors with dramatic cliffs, sparkling blue water, colorful villages, and breathtaking coastal views. From elegant Positano and historic Amalfi to the peaceful gardens of Ravello, the region offers scenic boat trips, lemon groves, and unforgettable dining featuring fresh seafood and local specialties.Puglia offers a different side of southern Italy, with whitewashed hill towns, ancient olive groves, and beautiful beaches. Travelers can explore the baroque beauty of Lecce, relax along the Adriatic coast, and enjoy fresh seafood, and regional wines. Together, the Amalfi Coast and Puglia showcase southern Italy at its most beautiful.
The Dolomites and Piedmont showcase northern Italy’s breathtaking alpine scenery, rich traditions, and exceptional wines. The Dolomites captivate visitors with dramatic mountain peaks, peaceful valleys, crystal-clear lakes, and picturesque villages. Whether hiking through wildflower-filled meadows, skiing on world-class slopes, travelers are surrounded by unforgettable views and warm Alpine hospitality. Bordered by the majestic Alps, Piedmont offers rolling vineyard-covered hills, elegant cities, historic castles, and charming countryside. The region is celebrated for its prestigious Barolo and Barbaresco wines, made from the Nebbiolo grape, as well as outstanding Barbera and sparkling wines. Paired with regional specialties such as truffles, handmade pasta, risotto, and rich chocolate, Piedmont provides an indulgent blend of Alpine beauty, fine wine, and authentic Italian culture.
My firsthand knowledge and passion for Italy allows me to design authentic, seamless vacations filled with unforgettable moments.
Spain isn’t just somewhere you visit — it’s somewhere you experience, savor, and fall in love with. My husband asked me to marry him in San Sebastian, so Spain holds a special place in my heart. My extensive travels throughout Spain have given me firsthand knowledge of its vibrant cities, charming villages, beautiful coastlines, rich history, and diverse regional cultures — allowing me to create authentic, personalized Spanish adventures.
Spain is made up of 17 autonomous regions, each with its own culture, cuisine, traditions, landscapes, and travel experiences. The Basque region in the north is vastly different from Andalusia in the south. I can help travelers discover smaller cities, villages, wine regions, coastal areas, and less-obvious destinations rather than simply recommending Madrid and Barcelona.
Gastronomy is an important part of the country's identity, from regional specialties to wine-producing areas such as La Rioja and the culinary traditions of the Basque Country and Galicia. Did you know that San Sebastián holds a gastronomy global crown. This tiny Basque city has more Michelin stars per capita than almost anywhere else on Earth.
Whether are looking for history and architecture, beaches, food and wine, luxury, shopping, nightlife, nature, or authentic local experiences, Spain offers destinations that fit each interest.
Seville is more than just Flamenco and the tomb of Christopher Columbus. The Royal Alcázar, Osuna Bullring, and Casa de Pilatos were major Game of Thrones filming locations. The Guadalquivir River is the only major navigable river in Spain. You can stroll along the river and enjoy a variety of tapas bars and it is also possible to kayak the river. Seville also has a vibrant nightlife and it starts late. Evenings begin with late tapas dinners around 9:30 PM, moving to drinks in plazas by midnight.
Many people are familiar with Ibiza and Mallorca in the Balearic Islands. Ibiza is known for its nightlife and Mallorca for their beautiful beach resorts. Menorca and Formentera are lesser known islands - they each offer a quieter, slower pace, crystal clear waters and tranquil white-sand beaches.
The Costa del Sol in southern Spain is famous for its gorgeous Mediterranean beaches, year-round warm weather, and vibrant resort towns like Marbella and Málaga. It is also a top global spot for golf, luxury marinas, and traditional Andalusian culture. The region offers Over 300 days of sunshine a year, more than 70 golf courses, and Puerto Banús in Marbella draws luxury yachts, high-end designer shops, and active nightlife.
Spain works particularly well for combining cities, countryside, coast, culture, and food and wine into one vacation. Granada is a gorgeous, historic city in southern Spain's Andalusia region, nestled at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It is imperative that you purchase tickets and reserve a knowledgeable guide well in advance for a visit to the breathtaking Alhambra Palace and Geralife Gardens. I can help you navigate all of this and make certain you aren’t left in the city only viewing the outside of the palace. From there, you can visit the white villages of the Sierra Nevadas in the Alpujarras Region. You can also continue on to Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. Or you may decide to visit Valencia, Spain’s third largest city. Valencia is where Paella and Horchata originated. Valencia has a wonderful market to visit, as well as historic sites, gardens, and the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences. Just outside of Valencia, you can enjoy the sandy beaches and historic towns of the Costa Blanca. This area also offers excellent hiking for active travelers.
Explore Spain’s renowned wine regions—from Rioja’s elegant reds and Ribera del Duero’s bold Tempranillos to the sparkling Cava of the Penedes Region of Catalonia and the sun-soaked sherry bodegas of Jerez. Also explore Priorat wines in a mountainous area of Catalonia; where rich, intense reds from old-vine Garnacha and Cariñena are produces. Or visit green northwestern Spain; where Rias Baixas is known for fresh, mineral-driven Albariño whites. If you enjoy combining luxury with wine-tasting don’t miss Abadía Retuerta Le Domaine in Valladolid or Hotel Marqués de Riscal in Elciego.
After you finish exploring Gaudi’s masterpieces in Barcelona, head to the Costa Brava. This rugged coastal region spans from Barcelona to the French border. You can visit the Salvatore Dalí Museum Figueres,or see where he lived and worked in the coastal village of Cadaques. You may choose to explore the historic villages of Girona and Tossa de Mar or relax on the golden sand beaches of Aiguablava or Platja de Llafranc.
Spain offers different experiences throughout the year, from beaches and outdoor activities in summer to cultural touring and city breaks in spring and autumn and winter sports in the mountains. Let me help you decide which bests suits you!

Meredith booked us an amazing trip for our group to Italy. We absolutely loved Sorrento and our hotel there was amazing! We also loved where we stayed in Rome. The hotel was magnificent and probably one of our favorites. All of the tour guides were wonderful, too. We did two wine tours. The winery outside of Rome was absolutely amazing! Owned by two sisters and there mother was incredible. The one sister who gave us the tour of the winery was so informative and the location was amazing on the outskirts of Rome. I would definitely recommend it, and honestly, I would love to go back and stay there as a bed-and-breakfast. They were wonderful! We had great tour guides everywhere we went, including Venice, and we were so pleased with all of our accommodations. Meredith truly did an amazing job putting everything together for us. We are so grateful and just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Meredith! Honestly, all in all, it was a 10 out of 10. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip! ??????

Meredith's attention to detail is amazing. Every part of our trip was well thought out, coordinated and just what we wanted. She is incredibly knowledgeable even of areas she hasn't been to. She gives several options to fit our budget and appetite for activity versus lounging.
