Chasing Hidden Wonders: Iceland Expert

Iceland defies the ordinary. Here, nature refuses to be quiet, shaped by a spectacular contradiction: the harmony of fire and ice. Massive glaciers sit directly atop active volcanoes, and fields of jagged, black basalt lava give way to roaring glacial rivers. To travel here is to realize that the earth is still actively making itself. But Iceland’s magic isn’t just etched into its landscape; it’s woven into its culture. The people share a deep-rooted connection to the land, one that respects both its volatile power and its hidden wonders. This is a culture where the modern world coexists beautifully with ancient folklore, famously embodied by the Huldufólk (the Hidden People). Elf culture is treated with genuine respect here; roads have been diverted, and construction projects have been paused to avoid disrupting designated elf rocks. It is a testament to an island that still listens closely to the whispers of its natural environment. Icelandic

Curated Coastlines & Tectonic Rifts

Your Icelandic journey naturally anchors in Reykjavík, the world’s northernmost capital, before branching out into the island's most spectacular geographic wonders and diverse coastlines:

  • The Golden Circle & Silfra: This classic route serves up theatrical geology, from the thunderous Gullfoss waterfall and erupting Strokkur geyser to Þingvellir National Park. Here, you can snorkel or dive the crystal-clear Silfra fissure, floating directly between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates in pure, glacial meltwater.
  • The South Coast & Diamond Beach: A breathtaking drive past the towering Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls leads to the edge of the Vatnajökull ice cap. Here, massive ice chunks drift through the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and wash ashore on jet-black volcanic sands, glittering like raw diamonds on black velvet.
  • Húsavík & The Eastfjords: Head far north to Húsavík, a charming wooden-boat fishing village and the undisputed whale-watching capital of Iceland, offering unparalleled views of breaching humpback and blue whales (and a fun Hollywood nod as the filming location for Will Ferrell’s Eurovision movie!). Further east, the winding, serene Eastfjords offer solitary artistic villages like Seyðisfjörður, framed by dramatic mountain walls teeming with summer puffins.

Unforgettable Adventures: Experience Iceland Your Way

Whether you are looking for heart-pounding adrenaline, raw wildlife encounters, or bucket-list photography, Iceland offers an unparalleled playground of activities:

  • Geothermal Soaking: No trip to Iceland is complete without immersing yourself in its legendary bathing culture. Relax in everything from remote hot springs hidden in green valleys to luxurious, world-class oceanside thermal spas and local community pools.
  • Glacier Trekking & Ice Caving: Strap on crampons and hike across massive ice caps like Vatnajökull. In the winter months, you can descend into naturally formed, ethereal blue ice caves carved by seasonal meltwater.
  • Chasing the Northern Lights: From September to April, escaping the city light pollution allows you to witness the magnificent Aurora Borealis dancing across the Arctic night sky.
  • Waterfalls: Iceland boasts thousands of cascades, but destinations like Seljalandsfoss and Kvernufoss offer the rare, breathtaking opportunity to actually walk entirely behind the roaring curtain of water.
  • Snowmobiling & Super Jeep Tours: For the ultimate thrill, race across the surface of a massive glacier on a snowmobile, or take a rugged "Super Jeep" excursion deep into the wild, volcanic terrain.

Navigating the Elements: Why Book With Me?

Exploring Iceland at your own pace means hitting the road, but navigating this shifting logistical puzzle requires firsthand expertise. While the paved Route 1 (Ring Road) is highly accessible, the weather changes in a heartbeat, bringing high winds, sudden gravel transitions, and wandering sheep. Venturing into the uninhabited interior Highlands requires tackling rugged F-Roads - unpaved mountain tracks that legally require a robust 4x4, careful fuel planning, and the knowledge to safely navigate unbridged river crossings. A spectacular itinerary relies entirely on understanding the nuances of getting from Point A to Point B, knowing exactly how long a drive actually takes when a coastal storm rolls in, and how to maximize your sights without feeling rushed. Having traveled extensively throughout Iceland myself, I don’t just book hotels and rental cars; I design seamless, stress-tested routes that respect the country's unpredictable nature. From securing the right specialized 4x4 to sharing the best hidden pull-offs and local hot dog stands, I manage the complexity of the "fire and ice" so you can focus entirely on the magic.

A Taste of the World: Your Personal Cruise Curator

There’s a world of difference between spending an entire week in one spot and getting a delicious, vibrant preview of multiple destinations in a single journey. That’s the real magic of a cruise. It gives you a sample platter of the world’s most incredible places, letting you taste a variety of cultures before deciding where you might want to go back and linger. Throughout my career, I’ve dedicated myself to turning those coastal previews and river stops into seamlessly crafted, unforgettable adventures. As a travel specialist with a lifelong passion for exploring, I live and breathe the art of cruise travel.

Whether I’m helping first-time cruisers pick the perfect ocean liner or guiding seasoned travelers down the quiet, historic rivers of Europe, I bring real, firsthand experience to the table. My philosophy is simple: no two travelers are identical, so no two vacations should look the same either. While online booking engines throw endless generic options at you, I offer true personalized advocacy. A great cruise ship isn’t just a ride; it’s your floating luxury boutique hotel, your favorite restaurant, and your gateway to the world’s greatest wonders all wrapped into one. I get to know you and match you up with the cruise that’s right for you.

Why Fall in Love with Cruise Travel?

If you’ve never cruised before, or if you’re wondering why so many people become lifelong fans, the answer lies in how effortlessly cruising elevates the entire travel experience.

  • "Unpack Once" Convenience: Imagine visiting four different countries in a single week without packing a suitcase more than once. No repacking, no hauling luggage through train stations, and no checking in and out of different hotels. You unpack, settle into your stateroom, and let the world come to you.
  • Unmatched Value and Seamless Inclusivity: A cruise brings together your accommodations, world-class dining, daily entertainment, ocean transport, and kids or adults-only spaces into one incredible package. It takes the guesswork out of vacation budgeting while delivering luxury at every turn.
  • Effortless Exploration: Waking up in a brand-new port almost every morning is pure magic. You can spend your day wandering through ancient ruins, lounging on pristine beaches, or tasting regional wines, knowing your floating sanctuary is waiting to welcome you back for dinner.
  • Something for Everyone: Cruising is uniquely tailored to bring people together. Families love the variety of activities across generations, couples find endless romantic nooks and private balconies, and solo travelers discover a welcoming, safe environment to explore at their own pace.

From Grand Oceans to Intimate Waterways

Choosing a cruise line is hard. There are so many options, including whether or not to book a cruise at sea or a river cruise. Both offer something unique:

  • The Grandeur of Ocean Cruising: This is for travelers looking for vibrant energy, endless variety, and the thrill of the open sea. Ocean cruising lets you sample multiple distinct destinations in a single getaway while enjoying world-class entertainment, broad dining choices, and resort-style amenities right onboard. Whether you’re traveling with a multi-generational family, looking for high-tech mega-ship excitement, or seeking the refined luxury of a boutique ocean yacht, it’s ideal for anyone who wants a taste of different coastal cultures with all the perks of a floating resort.
  • The Intimacy of River Cruising: For travelers looking for a more intimate, culturally rich journey, river cruising offers an incredible, slower-paced escape. Having sailed Europe’s iconic waterways, including the Danube, the Rhine, and the Seine, I love the unique magic of river ships. You dock right in the heart of historic towns, step off the ship, and immediately find yourself in cobblestone streets, local markets, and centuries-old vineyards. It’s perfect for people wanting to dig into one region rather than sample many.

The Advisor Advantage: Perks, Access, and Absolute Peace of Mind

Navigating the ocean cruise landscape can feel overwhelming, but that’s where I come in. From high-energy, feature-packed mega-ships perfect for multi-generational family reunions, to sleek premium ships and ultra-exclusive luxury yachts, I know how to match your personal travel style with the right ship. I know which staterooms offer the best balcony views, how to secure hard-to-get specialty dining reservations, and how to make the most of exclusive shipboard perks. When you work with me, you get a dedicated insider who cuts through the noise and takes care of every detail.

Ready to Design Your Next Escape?

Your vacation time is precious, and I treat your journey with the same care and attention to detail as I would my own. Whether you’re dreaming of a warm Caribbean getaway, an anniversary voyage through France, or a bucket-list ocean expedition, I’m here to turn that vision into a seamless reality. Let’s connect and start planning your next great adventure at sea!

Victoria BC Travel Agent Specialist

Think English country charm meets slow Washington coastal vibes (minus the constant rain), add a sprinkle of Vancouver cultural hustle, and you have Victoria, BC. Victoria truly offers the best of both worlds: it has the refined amenities, world-class dining, and vibrant culture of a larger city all wrapped up in the relaxed, accessible charm of a small seaside village. If you’re looking to escape towering skyscrapers and overwhelming crowds without sacrificing rich experiences, Victoria is the ultimate Pacific Northwest getaway.

California Adventure and Foodie Specialist

If you are looking for a California trip like no other, you have found your dedicated travel agent. As a California native born and raised, I am intimately familiar with the Golden State and all of its diverse facets. I have lived in several of its unique towns and cities, spent decades exploring its hidden corners, and have grown up around its trademark destinations. Because of this lifelong immersion, I am deeply familiar with the logistical nuances of traveling within the state. I know the hidden gems you won’t find on standard tourist sites, the secret scenic overlooks, and the quiet trails. I know the best routes to take, the most scenic bypasses, and exactly which freeway gridlocks to avoid. If you want to experience California like a local, you are exactly where you need to be. Whether you are seeking a rugged adventure in a pristine National Park, total relaxation along one of our many world-class beaches, a curated culinary tour, or exciting nightlife in a bustling metropolis, I am here to help. My ultimate goal is to help you bypass the exhausting, cookie-cutter tourist traps and replace them with authentic, bespoke experiences. Your custom itinerary will be unique, boutique, and tailored precisely to your specific travel style, leaving you with memories that will last a lifetime.

Decades of Local Expertise and Regional Nuance

I bring nearly 30 years of local knowledge to the table, and am continually exploring more to keep my regional expertise cutting-edge. California is a massive, incredibly diverse place. From the misty redwood forests of the Pacific Northwest border to the sun-drenched desert landscapes of the south, the sheer number of choices, let alone the massive physical distance between major destinations, can easily become overwhelming for travelers. It can be incredibly difficult to decide where to visit first, how to maximize your limited vacation time, or how to navigate our complex regional microclimates, high-alpine mountain passes, and seasonal traffic patterns. You can have a hundred vastly different kinds of experiences in a single trip, and that is precisely where my professional travel planning services come in. We will begin your journey by chatting about what specifically drew you to visit the Golden State. Is it the iconic high-alpine nature of the Sierra Nevada? The upbeat boardwalk beach scenes of Miami? The quiet majesty of the Redwood Forest? The thriving city life and cultural landmarks? Honing in on what is most important to you helps me create a highly detailed, personalized itinerary that hits just right. I want your trip to emulate what California means to you.

A Foodie’s Guide to the Golden State

It is my personal opinion that food can make or break a vacation, and so one of my biggest specialties is the culinary scene. Growing up here, I am an expert on California’s culinary offerings. Farm-to-fork is how we roll here, and it means that we have access to some of the best food, artisan ingredients, and world-class wine in the country - maybe even the entire world. Because I travel the state with my appetite first, I can help you locate the vibrant local farmers' markets where you’ll try the freshest, most delicious seasonal produce you’ve ever tasted. If you are a wine lover, I can tell you exactly which emerging, under-the-radar wine regions rival Napa Valley without the steep price tag, allowing you to discover incredible boutique wineries. Or, if you are looking for absolute luxury and world-renowned estates, I can plan your perfect, exclusive Napa and Sonoma wine country tasting tour. As an avid foodie, I can also point you toward the absolute best restaurants, hidden cafes, and coastal seafood shacks to satisfy your exact cravings. From Michelin-starred fine-dining establishments to the obligatory local taco trucks, I am knowledgeable on it all and love sharing these culinary secrets.

Let's Plan Your West Coast Getaway

Beyond the food and the famous landmarks, I specialize in structuring the seamless logistics that turn a good vacation into a flawless journey. I look at your trip as a cohesive narrative, ensuring you aren't spending your entire vacation behind the wheel, unless a stunning coastal road trip is exactly what you want. I manage the tricky details, like timing your coastal visits around the morning marine layer, securing tough-to-get lodging, and finding boutique experiences that reflect the true spirit of their surroundings. California truly is a world unto itself, rich with diverse cultures, microclimates, and jaw-dropping landscapes. It’s quite literally got it all, and there’s nowhere else in the world quite like it. Don't settle for a generic, mass-produced vacation package from a computer algorithm. Let’s collaborate to build an immersive, deeply authentic West Coast getaway designed uniquely for you. Contact me today, and let’s make your California travel dreams a reality.

Whistler, BC Travel Agent Expert

Whistler is a rare destination that delivers year-round. Built around two interconnected mountains and anchored by a pedestrian-only village, it offers the scale of a world-class alpine resort alongside the accessibility of a close-knit mountain town. Because the terrain and town cater to all skill levels and budgets, it is ideal for groups traveling together. Located just a two-hour drive from Vancouver International Airport along a well-maintained highway near sea level, it provides an easy drive without winter chaining concerns.

Winter on the Slopes

With over 8,100 acres of skiable terrain across Whistler and Blackcomb mountains, the variety here is matched by very few places in North America. The two mountains are linked by the Peak 2 Peak Gondola, making mid-day crossovers seamless.

  • Peak-to-Creek: A continuous 11km (7-mile) descent from Whistler Peak to Creekside Base. Starting as a blue run and finishing green, it offers sustained valley views for intermediate skiers.
  • Blackcomb Glacier Bowl: A standout area for advanced skiers seeking steep lines and open bowls on fresh snow days, accessible via the Showcase T-Bar and a short hike.
  • Olympic Legacy: Explore 2010 Winter Olympic facilities like the Whistler Sliding Centre for bobsleigh experiences or cross-country trails at Olympic Park.

Summer & Off-Mountain Recreation:

In summer, the resort becomes an outdoor playground anchored by the Whistler Mountain Bike Park, featuring over 4,900 vertical feet of downhill trails. For non-bikers:

  • Alpine Sightseeing & PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola: Enjoy 360-degree views of glaciers, volcanic peaks, and alpine lakes between both peaks.
  • Alpine Hiking: Access over 50 kilometers of trails, including the High Note Trail on Whistler past Black Tusk and the Decker Loop on Blackcomb. You can also hike the 6.1km Blackcomb Ascent Trails through old-growth rainforest.
  • Attractions & Excursions: Cross the high-elevation Cloudraker Skybridge at Whistler Peak, climb the Via Ferrata route, or book valley ziplining, river rafting, and UTV tours.

Village Life & Dining:

Whistler Village’s pedestrian plazas let you step straight off the lifts into town. Beyond retail shops and the nearby Scandinave Spa, the village features group entertainment like axe throwing, Escape! Whistler, local dance classes, and cultural exhibits at the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre.

The dining scene covers all preferences and budgets:

  • On-Mountain Fine Dining: Enjoy Pacific Northwest cuisine and local BC wines at Christine’s on Blackcomb (inside Rendezvous Lodge) or Steeps Grill & Wine Bar on Whistler Mountain.
  • Iconic Mountain Treats: Stop at Crystal Hut atop the Crystal Chair for fresh buttermilk waffles or Chic Pea for hot cinnamon buns.
  • Village & Base Area Après: Choose from quick options like Subway or Garbo's Grill, legendary après spots like Dusty's in Creekside and Garibaldi Lift Co. (GLC), or multi-course fine dining in the village.

How I Help:

I craft custom mountain itineraries that make your trip smooth and memorable. Whether you are planning a family vacation, an active group getaway, or a dedicated ski week, I handle the logistics so you can focus on the experience. From picking the right area - the main village, Creekside, or Upper Village - to arranging slope-side lodging, lift tickets, gear rentals, private guides, and dining reservations, I ensure every detail is set before you arrive.

Jackson Hole Adventure Travel Agent Expert

Howdy Stranger

At the top of the Teton Pass, you’ll find the infamous sign that reads “Howdy Stranger. Yonder is Jackson Hole, the last of the Old West”, with the silhouette of a woman pointing in the direction of town. The sign has guided travellers to Jackson Hole since the mid 1930’s, and boy is it accurate. Stepping into town feels like walking onto an old western film set, complete with false-front buildings, boardwalks, and towering antler arches. However, staying here doesn’t mean roughing it. As the richest county in the United States, Jackson Hole pairs its rugged cowboy charm with premier luxury shopping and fine dining. Surrounded by protected national lands, it is easily one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

Not My First Rodeo

While not technically a local, I am a frequent visitor. I have visited Jackson Hole regularly for the last 10 years, meaning I don’t just know all the cool spots in town; I am an expert at planning a stay in this beautiful place. I know which times of year are best to visit, what mode of travel works best with the weather, and which places to stay offer the best experience. I’ve stayed there on a budget and on a splurge, so I am uniquely qualified to help you plan a stay that suits your needs.

Earn Your Spurs on the Slopes - Snow Sports

Jackson Hole is a world-famous winter destination sporting two incredible resorts:

  • Snow King Mountain: Located right in town, Wyoming's first ski area (est. 1939) features 500 acres of skiable terrain and a brand-new gondola. It serves as a training ground for Olympic teams and offers fantastic non-skiing thrills like a mountain coaster, tubing, and the steepest zipline in North America. Not a skier? Snow King boasts many other non-ski-related activities in both winter and summer. They’ve got a mountain coaster, sledding, ziplining (the steepest in North America!), ropes courses, minigolf, rock climbing, a concert venue, and even an observatory and planetarium. There is quite literally something here for everyone, and it’s right in town!
  • Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR): Located 12 miles away in Teton Village, JHMR is the crown jewel of North American skiing. It boasts over 2,500 acres of terrain and a massive 4,139-foot vertical drop. It’s my personal favorite ski resort because of how much it has to offer, and how consistently you can find good snow here. They boast a really excellent ski school and backcountry program, have incredible restaurants both on and off the mountain, and loads of shopping. If you visit, catch the tram to Corbet’s Cabin for waffles at 10,450 feet, or watch daredevils tackle the infamous Corbet’s Couloir.

Travel Tip: You don't need to rent a car or drive in winter conditions. The public bus system is fantastic, and most local hotels offer complimentary ski shuttles.

Where the Bison Roam - National Parks and Wildlife Sightings

Jackson Hole is adjacent to not one, but THREE national parks/wildlife refuges:

  • The National Elk Refuge: Spanning nearly 25,000 acres, this refuge was created in 1912 to protect the region's massive elk populations. Every winter, thousands of migratory elk descend from the high country into this flat valley floor to feed and ride out the snow. If you visit between December and April, you can take a horse-drawn sleigh ride right into the middle of the herd, putting you incredibly close to hundreds of massive bull elk.
  • Grand Teton National Park: Located just north of the town of Jackson, this park protects the youngest and steepest mountain range in the Rocky Mountains. Because there are no foothills, the jagged granite peaks rise abruptly straight out of the valley floor, creating one of the most stunning mountain horizons on Earth. It’s an absolute paradise for hiking, high-altitude climbing, and spotting wildlife like grizzly bears and moose along the Snake River.
  • Yellowstone National Park: America’s very first national park sits just north of the Grand Teton mountain. It is situated on top of a massive volcanic caldera (a supervolcano), which fuels the highest concentration of geysers, mud pots, and hot springs in the world. Beyond iconic spots like Old Faithful and the vibrant Grand Prismatic Spring, its expansive valleys (like Lamar and Hayden) are often called the "Serengeti of North America" due to the massive roaming herds of bison and active wolf packs.

Navigating these massive parks can be overwhelming. Having been on numerous guided wildlife safaris myself, where I’ve personally spotted bald eagles, foxes, moose, and wolves, I can help you customize the perfect itinerary for your budget

Your Canada Travel Agent Expert, Eh?

O Canada!

How vast and beautiful it is, eh? If you’re looking for a real North American adventure, Canada has it all. With ten different provinces to choose from, the options are basically limitless. If you’re visiting for the first time or the hundredth, travelling to Canada can be daunting. That’s where I come in, your handy-dandy Canada expert agent! Whether you know exactly where you want to go or if you have no clue where to start, I can help you plan a memorable Canadian holiday.

Ten Provinces - Endless Opportunities

Canada is the second-largest country in the world, with its land totalling approximately 9,984,670 square kilometers (or 3,855,100 square miles for those of us in the U.S.). It is MASSIVE, which presents both opportunity and challenge when it comes to travel. If you don’t know where to start, here is a short description of what you can find in all ten of Canada’s provinces:

  • British Columbia: A paradise where the rugged Pacific coastline meets towering mountain ranges. Here, you can sample award-winning vintages at sun-soaked vineyards in the Okanagan Valley, ski world-class slopes in Whistler, or enjoy a vibrant, farm-to-table culinary scene in Vancouver.
  • Alberta: Home to the awe-inspiring Canadian Rockies. This province offers unparalleled alpine beauty, from the glacier-fed, turquoise waters of Lake Louise to the luxury mountain lodges of Banff and Jasper. It’s a dream destination for outdoor enthusiasts, skiers, and luxury seekers alike.
  • Saskatchewan: Known for its "Living Skies," this prairie province offers endless horizons, dramatic sunsets, and rich Indigenous cultural experiences. It's an underrated gem for travelers seeking wide-open spaces, pristine northern lakes, and a surprisingly innovative local food scene in cities like Saskatoon.
  • Manitoba: Where the prairies meet the subarctic north. Manitoba is globally famous for wildlife adventuring, particularly in Churchill, the "Polar Bear Capital of the World", while its capital, Winnipeg, boasts a world-class arts scene, historic architecture, and deep cultural diversity.
  • Ontario: A powerhouse of culture, nature, and cosmopolitan energy. From the thunderous roar of Niagara Falls and the tranquil, upscale cottage country of Muskoka to Toronto’s world-renowned theater district, luxury shopping, and Michelin-starred dining, Ontario truly has something for everyone.
  • Québec: Step into a slice of Europe without crossing the Atlantic. Rich in French heritage, this province charms travelers with the historic, cobblestone streets of Old Québec City, the legendary Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, and Montreal’s cutting-edge arts, festivals, and world-class culinary bistros.
  • New Brunswick: The gateway to the Maritimes and Canada's only officially bilingual province. It features the incredible Bay of Fundy, home to the highest tides on earth, alongside historic coastal towns, beautiful river valleys, and exceptional, freshly caught seafood.
  • Nova Scotia: Steeped in seafaring history and vibrant Celtic traditions. Travelers can drive the breathtaking headlands of the Cabot Trail, visit iconic lighthouses like Peggy's Cove, and indulge in a booming culinary trail featuring fresh Atlantic lobster and local tidal wines.
  • Prince Edward Island: Canada's smallest province is big on charm. Known for its rolling green hills, dramatic red-sand beaches, and the pastoral landscapes that inspired Anne of Green Gables, PEI is an idyllic retreat famed for its quaint coastal inns and hyper-local, ocean-to-plate dining.
  • Newfoundland and Labrador: A raw, rugged, and breathtakingly beautiful island destination. Known affectionately as "The Rock," it offers dramatic fjords in Gros Morne National Park, historic, brightly colored seaside communities like St. John's, and the unforgettable magic of watching massive icebergs drift down "Iceberg Alley."

Let’s Design Your Perfect Getaway

Navigating a country this size requires precision, local insight, and an eye for detail. Whether your dream vacation involves a luxury ski-in/ski-out chalet in the Rockies, a boutique food-and-wine tour through historic valleys, or a perfectly timed autumn road trip along the Atlantic coast, I handle all the logistics. Let’s take the guesswork out of your Canadian adventure and design an itinerary tailored exactly to your style!

Western Adventures - Wyoming Travel Agent Expert

If the Wild West is calling and you must go, allow me to be your guide. Wyoming has held a piece of my heart for many years. Out here, the spirit of the American West isn’t just something preserved in a museum - it’s a living, breathing reality found in our rugged mountain ranges, vast sagebrush plains, and historic frontier towns. If you are ready to trade the predictable, crowded tourist corridors for an authentic, untamed adventure, I’m your gal! I specialize in crafting bespoke Wyoming expeditions that take you off the beaten path and drop you straight into the heart of the true frontier.

Reining in the Chaos of Wide-Open Spaces

Wyoming is a land of beautiful extremes. It is a place where nature still calls all the shots, which is exactly what makes it so incredible, but also adds unique challenges to travel planning. From the majestic, towering peaks of the Teton Range to the sweeping high deserts and historic pioneer trails, the sheer physical scale of the state can be dizzying. Navigating the massive driving distances between remote towns, understanding unpredictable mountain weather shifts, and securing highly competitive lodging can quickly turn an exciting vacation dream into an overwhelming logistical puzzle.

That is where my specialized regional expertise comes into play. I know how to navigate planning a trip to Wyoming. I'll ask you a few questions about your desires - are you looking for action-packed outdoor adventures, or a family-friendly National Parks tour? Are you hoping to try your hand at camping, or would you prefer to stay in a luxury hotel? Are you comfortable driving in the snow, or would you prefer the clear roads of summer?

Reining in all those variables and organizing them into a seamless, stress-free timeline is my ultimate specialty. I aim to take out the hassle so you can simply enjoy the experience.

From Historic Ranches to High-Alpine Luxury

One of the greatest joys of traveling through Wyoming is the sheer variety of ways you can experience the land. I specialize in designing custom itineraries that beautifully balance the rustic heritage of the Wild West with modern, boutique comfort:

  • Authentic Frontier & Cowboy Culture: Experience the legendary hospitality of working cattle ranches and historic luxury dude ranches. I can connect you with immersive horseback expeditions, private chuck wagon dinners under a blanket of stars, and under-the-radar frontier towns rich with pioneer history and authentic local saloons.
  • National Park Safaris & Backcountry Wonders: Discover the hidden facets of Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. I arrange private, expert-led wildlife-viewing tours away from the heavy crowds, helping you spot grizzly bears, wolves, and bison while navigating the park logistics effortlessly.
  • World-Class Mountain Resorts & Winter Sports: If a luxury alpine escape is what you crave, let me design your perfect getaway to Jackson Hole. From premier slopeside accommodations and exclusive ski guides to elite spa retreats and refined mountain dining, I know how to curate an upscale winter wonderland experience.

Outdoor Adventures & Blue-Ribbon Rivers: For the active traveler, I coordinate elite fly-fishing excursions on legendary, pristine trout streams, guided whitewater rafting trips down scenic canyons, and custom hiking loops tailored to your exact fitness level.

A Meticulous Approach to Your West Coast-Adjacent Escape

A truly great vacation is all about the flow. I look at your custom Wyoming itinerary as a cohesive story, ensuring your days are perfectly balanced between exhilarating outdoor discoveries and necessary, peaceful downtime. I handle all the intricate, time-sensitive details, so that you can vacation with absolute peace of mind.

Traveling to a place like Wyoming is ultimately about escaping the constant hustle and bustle of daily life. It’s about slowing down, unplugging, touching some grass, and deeply appreciating Earth’s raw splendor. My goal is to plan a trip for you that makes you feel alive in the moment and leaves you feeling rejuvenated long after you return home. There is a profound magic out here on the frontier that changes you if you let it. If all this has left you feeling excited to pull on your cowboy boots, watch a sunset melt over the mountains, and taste that crisp, clean frontier air, let’s connect. Contact me today, and let's start planning your unforgettable Western adventure!

Couldn't be happier

Reviewed By WildBillFan25 - San Francisco, CA | Traveled to Deadwood | South Dakota | USA

We wanted to take a short trip to Deadwood to see where Wild Bill Hickok died, and visit his grave and that of Calamity Jane. Being from the city, we wanted a real old-west experience, and so we reached out to Rowan with our idea. She got right on it and planned the most entertaining four-day stay in Deadwood imaginable. We got to see all the stuff we wanted to see, go horseback riding, explore a mine, and see a shootout. She even managed to find us lodgings that are supposedly haunted, though luckily we didn't run into any ghosts during our stay. We are super hapy with how our trip turned out!

First-class travel planning

Reviewed By SunnyDays62 - Pasadena, CA | Traveled to Copenhagen | Denmark | Europe

My husband and I have long wanted to take a trip to Copenhagen to see the architecture, explore the museums, and enjoy the food. We're quite picky about our travel, and only book the best. We put our trust in Rowan to ensure that we had the highest quality flights, hotel, transportation, and excursions, and she delivered. She found us direct business class flights to and from Copenhagen, a wonderful hotel in the city center, and booked multiple fun excursions and classes for us that made our trip divine. She even gave us some advice on getting into the Michelin-starred restaurants in the area, and it made for the culinary trip of a lifetime. Rowan was very professional and took our every need into account. We are quite happy with our trip!

10/10, Worth every star!

Reviewed By ForFrodo - Stowe, VT | Traveled to New Zealand | Australia & New Zealand

I am a long-time Lord of the Rings fan, as is Rowan, I found out! I finally saved up enough to make the pilgrimage to New Zealand to visit the filming sites for the LotR films, but I'm hopeless when it comes to planning, so I hit up Rowan to help me. She was so cool - she made everything feel like a breeze. I had a week to spend out there, and she got me to Hobbiton, and even found me some tours that took me out to see Pelennor Fields, Edoras, and more. My nerdy little heart is overflowing with joy. If you're thinking about booking a trip, book it through Rowan! She cares about your trip just as much as you do.

A Trip to Remember!

Reviewed By Linda1946 - Galena, IL | Traveled to Niagara Falls | New York | USA

We've always wanted to see Niagara Falls, and Rowan helped us get there! We're both 80 years old, and travelling is too much fuss for us now, but we've both wanted to see the falls since we were kids. We figured we aren't getting any younger, so we might as well go now. We needed to travel on a budget, and my husband needed handicap accessible lodging and activities, and Rowan helped us find what we needed. We had the most wonderful time, and we're so glad we went.

The best vacation we've ever had!

Reviewed By EurovisionFan - Los Angeles, CA | Traveled to Husavik | Iceland | Europe

Ever watched the movie Eurovision? The one with Will Ferrell and Rachel McAdams? We're huge fans. We've always wanted to go to Husavik in Iceland just because of the film, but international travel is overwhelming, so we reached out to Rowan to help us. Rowan made things super easy. She was super stoked about our Eurovision theme and not only found us a rad hotel and a car that looked a lot like the one from the movie, but she also arranged a whole itinerary for us based on the film. We got to have a boot of beer at the Ja Ja Ding Dong bar, go whale watching, and visit the Eurovision Exhibition. It was a riot, and we're super grateful to Rowan for planning it all out for us.

Still California dreaming

We live on the East Coast and have always wanted to see what the deal was with California. We got in touch with Rowan to help us book our trip because she's lived there her whole life and knows a lot about it. We wanted a "Beach Boys" vibe experience, you know, boardwalks and rollerblades and surfing. We stayed a few days down at Santa Monica Beach, then spent a couple at Venice Beach. We had the time of our lives. You West coasters sure know how to have a good time! Rowan was super helpful throughout the whole experience. We really appreciated her expertise and thoughtful recommendations. We'll definitely book with her again!

Fantastic weekend trip

A gal pal and I wanted to get away for a weekend, but weren't sure where to go or how that would work. We found Rowan's profile and liked it, so we reached out to her for help. We gave her our location, our budget, and when we wanted to travel, and she helped us choose a location that worked for us. We wound up doing a weekend in Santa Barbara to go wine tasting and hang out on the beach. It was an absolute blast, and we're both thinking about making it an annual event. Couldn't have done it without Rowan's help!

Wonderful tropical getaway

My husband and I got married on the North Shore of Oahu and wanted to go back for our 50th anniversary to renew our vows. We chose to book through a travel agent because neither of us is that good with computers, and with a quick Google search, we found Rowan! She was so helpful and such a nice young lady. She helped us find the nicest hotel on the North Shore right by where we had our wedding, and found us some really lovely excursions to go on. She even had some recommendations for a nice dinner or two. We had the most wonderful time, and if we do any more travelling, we'll be choosing Rowan again!
